I think I can face JK skin making again.

So, first up will be Ep2 Padme (in ripped shirt) and Slave Leia. These need to be made first so we can have our Mum vs. Daughter "who's hotter" war. All we will need to find is a level filled with jelly or mud.

Anyway, recently some photos of Natalie Portman surfaced, with her in the ripped white shirt. The shots were front on.

Do any of you pervs know where they can be found? I've tried a few search engines, but with no luck.

Well, I think Im gonna take up scin/mod/map making for first person shooters, but it will be awhile before im less then useless at it. Well im off to read some massassi tutorials. By the way, why not make that pic with us all in it the front page when JK is loading, like that front page when you play Saber X 2.

It would need to be part of FlareStorm's mod. I think he's getting a bit frustrated with it at the moment.

Anyway, I wouldn't use that Tribute picture or the 1000th post , but I'd make a new "screenie" from scratch along similar lines.

The background user interface pics are so far down the to do list, its not even funny. But if someone would like to do them, feel free. They have to be 640 x 480 and you need to use Bmut. I want to call it Revenge of the Jedi. I was thinking of using the ROTJ Luke vs Vader poster pic.

okie JP, they go in ui\bm. Best thing to do is ungob Spork or something and see what they have changed. Theres a program at Massassi called Bmut for bmp->bm and vise versa. Its kinda hard to get the colors right so that you can still see the loading..., ok, cancel, etc.

Yes, I'm back to working on the mod, but don't hold your breath. It took me like 10 hours just to get the rifile to properly stun.

Hi JCNGL JK division,

Drapheus, who has graced us with his presence, has given us his Endor level to play in. It features a shield generator and lots of secrets, and lots of guns!

Inside the shield generator;

I will upload the level when I get a chance. There are framerate issues out in the open, but PCs with a decent GFX card should be OK. Proabably wouldn't want more than 4 players running round.

But anyway, Drapheus has asked if there are other levels we could suggest for him to build.

I like the idea of more "Historical" levels (scenes taken from the movies, or from EU).

So, do we have any suggestions for cool locales for our skins to be let loose in?

(don't suggest levels that have been well done in MOTS - Tatooine Homestead, Jabba's Palace, Bespin, Emperor's Throne ROom etc...)

 

All I see is red X's in those pictures. I hate levels that are only red X's

After our experience with the Endor levels, what the JK community needs is a good forest level. I'm thinking big trees, bushes, logs, places to hide, and just the outside door area of the Endor bunker

 

<ahem> A word from the master himself. There ARE bushes and treees out in the open, but that contributes to the framerate issue.

Whether any of you like it or not, I will be starting a Boonta Eve/Podrace MP Deathmatch project based on Episode I. Comments/Suggestions welcome.

Can someone tell me how mods and skins work? Being the newest JKer on the JC, I haven't got the slightest clue.
