Well then Sistine has called me and wants to know if I can do some short term work over in San D. Her company has parts coming in for new computers and was going to have Mobius build them...good skill for cheap But he has his own full time job and they want them built faster. So she wants to know if I can come over and help speed things up. We'll see....

37k/year + free tuition for immediate family





So just today this has happened.....


Got an interview for APS this friday

Got a call from Sistine about a possible temp gig in San D

Got info about a Job fair this Thursday

Got a call from Choad about a possible interview tomorrow

And now the Interview for ASU

As for me, I'm working on completing section II of V of the A+ training. Ugh. This is so slow. I was hoping to be able to take the cert. test on Friday before I turn in my app. to ASU. At this rate, I won't be ready to take the test until some time next week. *sigh* So, anyone found that Jolt?

 

There were 3 slots that I applied for at ASU, 2 were the same...this one, just different days. Should still be something there for you Lynne.

Good luck on your interveiw Void. Nothing beats working for the state (especially on a college campus). Decent pay, great benefits, and casual enviroment.

Yes, I found the PFF through working with Void at Cable1.

And guess what, I have a job!!!!!!! CompuCom called me back today and they're ready to hire me permanent, with benefits, the whole schmeel, starting mid-March!!!! That means I have a month to keep working on more certifications and see if I can find something even better!!!

I'm really super-happy and tempted to throw a party this weekend. Anyone interested? I know there are some PFFers getting married this weekend, although I don't know precisely when.
