    Rather tough balance to achieve. I do think Rey resonated; tons of women and girls wore her outfit and carried her staff the Halloween following TFA.

    I don't disagree with that and it's one of the reasons for why I'm so disappointed in Disney Star Wars movies thus far. I was REALLY hoping to see some of the stories from the old Legends EU brought to life on screen. But alas, that's not what they decided to do. :(

    It’s ‘cliche’ because many people bang on about it like it’s empirical fact.... and then use these meaningless terms/phrases as a way to compare and prop up/support something they like (which is invariably equally, or to a larger extent, ****).

    I saw a “No Pulp” carton of orange juice, and read it as “No Palp.” A sign that maybe the rumors are wrong?

    Yes, let's rebrand Star Wars for the foreign markets. That will fix everything. Just slap a different name on the movie. Having Star Wars in the title is the problem, not poor storytelling.

    For all my gripes about the leaks regarding the Palpatine arc, I LOVE that Palpatine apparently says "Unlimited Power" in the trailer... hopefully it's in the final film.

    Then again, JW didn't mention that line in his synopsis and said there were multiple versions so maybe it isn't... but I hope so!

    If that leak is right, I love that Sheev is asking Kylo to bring the girl to him, not to make the girl his bride/empress :rolleyes:

    Star Wars hasn’t broken into some of the markets that Marvel has with the same number of success in its entire 42 year history. Still want to blame it on Story?

    China just doesn't like Star Wars. Suggesting to change the name of Star Wars to something else is just absurd.
