I've been cast in this play at my school and would just like to know what people think of it in general. I personally think the play and movies are hilarious.

I'm most familiar with the TV show from the seventies starring Jack Klugman as Oscar and Tony Randall as Felix. I used to watch the reruns a lot and I loved the theme song. Which character are you playing Oscar the slob, or Felix the neat-freak?

I am also a great fan of the TV series and the film. A few years ago it was done on stage up in London as well. I got to one performance and it was quite good.

The TV series is one of my all time faves. I remember when re-runs used to be on about 4 times a day.

    Favorite episodes & lines :

    1. "Murray The Fink"

Murray the cop locks every one up at the weekly poker game. Felix is hysterical when he cross examines Murray on the witness stand.

Felix: "This is a fraudulent fondue fork".

    2. "Partners Investment"

Oscar & Felix become partners in a Japanese restaurant (owned by the guy who played Arnold on Happy Days), & Felix starts to change everything.

Oscar: "There's some old guy in the kitchen choking a chicken".

    3. "Password"

Oscar & Felix try out for the game show Password, but Felix's clues & answers are so out of left field it's hysterical.

    (The password is: pencil)

    Oscar: "Lead"
    Felix: "Graphite" [face_laugh]
