Yeah, I like most of the Bengals uniforms. Their helmets make just about everything look better. (But, they couldn't help those Giants uniforms.)
@solojones The NFL has done a great job of expanding its market over the past 15 years. It will never be truly an "international game" like soccer, basketball, or even baseball. Still, they are definitely getting a foothold in several markets, which is why they are expanding so much with their international games (plus bringing games to American fans who are living abroad) and with flag football becoming an Olympic sport (again, I will be coaching the JV girls team at my school next fall as I am the OC! ) And the Chiefs should just trade Harrison Butker to the Jets. That way, Woody Johnson, Aaron Rodgers and Harrison can all be on the same team so every normal human being can root against the Jets together.
@BigAl6ft6 "Is there any kicking in football?" - Revolutionary Soldier "There is a little kicking, yes" - George Washington And props to the Browns for getting Pete Weber for their schedule release video: https://www.clevelandbrowns.com/video/2024-cleveland-browns-schedule-release
I feel like that’s an insult towards the decently believable uniform design of the non-NFL approved, anti-union movie The Replacements and their Washington Sentinels, who have the same color scheme but so how don’t look as stupid.
Remember when Jesse Palmer played football? Daniel Jones is a doppelganger. His future is going to be the same. in 15 years, he will be hosting The Bachelor.
To me the worst part is the big stripe around the middle with the number on it, and how that design is repeated on the socks.
Now let's watch...the Giants will be undefeated in the throwbacks, and suddenly every Giant's fan will be buying out the merch and demanding they use them full-time.
If these were full time unis or replacing the LT-Strahan Era throwbacks for more than 1 season I would complain. But it's only for 2 games this season. So not much to complain about. Unless they lose both games. Then burn the jerseys and never look back.
