So I guess Netflix is going to docuseries about every sport. Cannot complained though has the ones about tennis and golf have been great so far. And is there a date marked where Rodgers comes out of the darkness and announces if he sees his shadow or not?
The Superstar, the barely hanging on guy, and the conspiracy nutcase...pretty mixed bag. Might be even better if they agree to multiple seasons with the same guys. Snapshots in time are one thing. To see changes over time would be intriguing.
There is an idea...3 QBs...you have deals to the do the show as long as you are on an active NFL roster. Spots only open up when someone retires or gets cut. Compelling. Hard Knocks, eat your heart out.
I doubt it. I think they just would have had the actual leverage and relationships to get what he deserved.
Poll sucks. Pick somebody other than a QB who can help your team. That, or trade the pick for somebody who can help your team. Also, announce the new stadium already. You already bought the land. Commit or be laughed at by fans and ridiculed by the media.
We’ll have to disagree. Agents represent multiple athletes and are less likely to burn bridges with the organization in lieu of future dealings. To me, it really is a Deshaun Watson thing. We can say it’s because he’s a runner and it’s partially that…but when a QB that you’re better than, on and off the field, gets a fully guaranteed contract and Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson get more guaranteed money than what the ravens initially offer you…. It’s a market thing.
There's more to building a stadium than acquiring land. They are gigantic, immensely complex projects that require sorting through an endless amount of red tape, and they usually require a great deal of consent from other parties. They even have to undertake multiple studies on the area and the impact. They can't announce a new stadium before they're sure about it. There are a few examples of team owners buying land and then not being able to use it to build a stadium.
The Titans are also pursuing building a new stadium, FWIW. Going to miss those red lights, those are unique.
Once upon a time, stadiums were designed to match the streetscape and not be the center of attention or some destination spot outside of a city.
Once upon a time stadiums didn’t hold a communal importance great in a city than churches and government spaces.
Let’s not forget the Ravens just signed Roquan Smith to a huge deal and he represents himself. It’s probably one of the reasons they haven’t signed Jackson yet.
The Bears have stated they will keep the location "tradition" in mind aka somehow they are supposed to incorporate Arlington Park into the design of the stadium. I must admit AP was a very nice track but what they going to do? Incorporate the biggest "overhang" in the world in the design that AP always use to brag about? I feel like they are going to redo the spaceship design they threw on Soldier Field but with horse race twist. Meanwhile, Aaron finally came out of the "darkness". No word if he saw his shadow or not: Edit: BTW the place he went to isn't a 5-star resort obviously but doesn't too horrible either:
Do you turn on the lights to go to the bathroom, or are you just pissing blind? Inquiring minds want to know.
Here's the website: https://www.skycaveretreats.com/ Apparently they deliver two organic meals a day to your cabin. No word I could find on pissing blind. If it were me, I'd sit to pee.
Ha, it’s in Ashland, Oregon! That’s where I grew up. I never did a darkness retreat though. I have been to that area many times and it is beautiful.
So brilliant idea...go to somewhere beautiful...to hide in the dark for days...and pay for the privilege. Incredible. My guess would be...even if just for liability reasons...lights have to be ready at a moments notice. Maybe guests have to keep a flashlight on them. Maybe they have voice activated lights. While the concept of being in total darkness and sensory deprivation is the point of the stay, it is neither universally mandatory, nor enforced. Would not be surprised if people do "sessions" of darkness, with routine breaks...even if that just means turning on the lights to take a deuce.
Change your signals, Titans! A.J. Brown said he gave the Eagles every detail of the Titans' call signals because they didn't change them
