Fanclub The Official Sabine Wren Fanclub (Season 3 Spoilers Inside)

Really like Natasha's preformance as her, and she seems to be written just like Rebels which is great. Still not really sure about her becoming a Jedi, but I'm open to it. Her armour also looks fantastic.

 

Definitely loving Sabine in live action so far, in both writing and acting; I haven't been taken out of the episodes thinking about differences from Rebels. The personality's there, yet she's been in a situation of juxtaposed comfort and discomfort. I love that her artistic interest has been very present (and providing some nice visual storytelling).

I think the Force-sensitivity thread is a good, and even fitting, challenge for her in a new story. In The Protector of Concord Dawn she went from frustration with Jedi philosophy to, in Hera's words, "sounding more like a Jedi than a Mandalorian." Then, of course, she learned about wielding a lightsaber. So I think she already had an interesting dynamic there in Rebels, represented by her two families.

This makes me wonder if there's more to her clan being part of House Vizsla. Paz noted his direct lineage, and still struggled with the Darksaber. Fenn Rau suggested Sabine could be a leader for Mandalore. Sabine denied being fit for that, but also in Rebels, Ahsoka denied being a Jedi.

 

So while thinking about Sabine's journey in the most recent episode, the first part of this popped into my head and I had to do something with it.
