The One Ring vs. the Triforce: Which is more powerful?

Well, both Sauron and Ganondorf took over their lands with them, but Ganondorf managed to do it with only one third of the triforce, so I'll say Triforce.

The One Ring, totally.

 

I would have to say that the TriForce is by far more powerful than the One Ring. Let me list a few reasons:

Pros and Cons to the One Ring:
Cons:
-The One Ring answers to Sauron alone.
-It will corrupt, destroy or enthrall anyone who uses it.
-Seems to be very hard to keep track of.
-Everyone wants it.
-Everyone needs it.
-Everyone doesn't know that only Sauron can use it.

Pros:
-Turns wearer invisible.
-Can only be destroyed in Orodruin, the great big fiery mountain itself.


The Pros and Cons to the TriForce:
Pros:
-Will grant the discoverer any wish s/he wants.
-Anyone can use it.
-It will not corrupt, but the outcome of the wish will, of course, reflect the morals and virtues of the wisher.
-It can be split into three parts: Courage, Wisdom and Power. These three parts may be divided amongst three people, and they will gain great feats in these areas.
-The TriForce cannot be destroyed in any way.
-Is kept safe in secret plane of magick.

Cons:
-Not too easy to get it.


Well, just the first part of each of the objects' Pros I do believe justly show which is better in the end.

Plus it's the perfect accessory.

 

The TriForce infuses itself into your body and mind. It has far more portability than the One Ring, I'm afraid.

Man, the last time I played Zelda was on SNES, and while the game was cool, it was a pain in the ass, always falling off the damn cliffs. I finally abandoned it for Secret of Mana and Breath of FireI and II.

 

I think that it's the same person. I'm not so sure.

How about this... What has had a bigger impact on Human Civilization on Earth. The One Ring or the Triforce?



One Ring, hands down. See many Zelda scholors out there? Nope, but you do see Tolkien scholars!
