Yes, I'm pretty sure he died. I doubt anyone could survive the crash. After his wing was hit he lost control and couldn't move off course. His wing wasn't the only thing that crashed, the entire star fighter crashed.

Yup, he's gone. If you notice also there are two quick shot of the cockpit catching on fire and exploding.

What's hilarious is scanning through this thread and seeing all the Plo Koon icons, then going over to say...the "ANakin rocks!" thread and seeing all the Anakin icons posting...then the "Padme and Anakin love theme" thread and seeing them together...then the "Did Palpatine steal the show" thread...well you get the idea

I think Plo Koon looks cooler when he had his hood on, as opposed to when he had his hood off.

Hmmm, I can't believe there is a 56 page thread on Plo Koon. While I am not a member of the Plo Koon fan club, I'll chime in and say that he should have definiately gotten more lines than Ki Adi Mundi or whatever his name is. Man, if I were Anakin I would have specifically insisted on personally lopping off that goofy looking head from his shoulders.

I highly doubt that. Plo Koon had a line in ATOC, but Lucas took that out. Plo Koon had a line in ROTS, and Lucas also took that out. Plo Koon had a huge scene during the control ship raid, but Lucas took that out as well. So I highly doubt George is going to put any Plo Koon think in the extra disc for the DVD. He just rips us off too much.

 

I agree with you master P. Something should be done! WHY DOES HE NOT CUT KI ADIS LINES OR SCENES!

 

You'd think Koon fans would of influenced Lucas to grant our dying wish, giving him a line or two plus maybe even a lightaber scene? We have the droid control ship, but scene was also scrapped. 10 bets Ki-Adi was the only one of the two that had lines in that scene anyway. He probably just had Ki-Adi give his opinions and Plo would just nod or wave a lightsaber around.
