    Fanon theory, or retcon... enjoy

Jori Daragon => Nomi Sunrider => Vima Sunrider => Mira Sunrider (KOTOR II)

    ==>// kidnapped Sunriders turn Hapan

==>// exiled Jedi Allya => Mother Rell

===>// Vima da-Boda escaped Dathomir and got Jedi training => Neema da-Boda => Mara Jade hidden away by the Emperor before her mother Neema got killed => Ben Skywalker

===>// Teneniel Djo => Tenel Ka => Allana Djo

    I'll explain...

Jori Daragons line will become the Sunrider line of redheads,...

Vima Sunrider dies during the Mandalorian Wars, and her daughter is Mira Sunrider who is educated by Mandalorians and turns bounty hunter and Jedi later on under EXILE in Kotor II.

some sunriders are kidnapped to become hapans maybe, while much later Allya Sunrider is exiled to Dathomir by the Jedi order founding the witch clans.

One Dathomiri witch named The Rancor, Vima da-Body was trained as a Jedi and had a daughter,Neema. Neema left the Jedi path early to marry an Ottehan warlord operating with Rancors in dathomir space. the warlord fed her to the rancors, Vima killed in rage the warlord and turned rogue jedi escaping the jedi purge that way.

But unbeknownst to them Neema da-Body Sunrider had had a daughter with the warlord who she had hidden away someplace safe. But the Emperor who had paid the warlord for killing Neema because of her Jedi roots, took the daughter in and named her Mara Jade after her green eyes and red hair.

    the rest is history!

many families and destinies are interwined, what do you think?

retconning Mira to be Vima Sunriders daughter?
Neema da-Body and Ottehan Warlord as Mara Jade's parents?
    Old Vima now Mara's grandmom?

Man, Vima-Da Vodo or whatever really creeps me out. Thanks. You just ruined my nightly Nomi/Vima/Mira/Tenel Ka/Mara "Imagination" session.

When was Mira ever a Sunrider? Last I checked she used to be a Mandalorian Slave.

She has red hair. I suppose that's enough for some people.

Lumiya, Mara, and an untold other female humans in Star Wars have red hair and green eyes too, that doesn't make them Sunriders.

Freaky part of this is that there was only one redhead (Mon Mothma) in the entire film saga (unless I missed someone). Bantam, Dark Horse, and Del Rey are the ones who've been throwing them in there.

    Edit: stupid typo . . .

What's your source for Da-Boda escaping Dathomir? I've not heard that one.

According to Dooku in the ROTS novel, the Hapans are one of the Force-sensitive human groups he plans to harvest for his cause. Never really understood that, since A) the Hapans have been sealed off for 3000 years by that point, B) the only Hapan Force-sensitive mentioned is Tenel Ka, who got the ability from her non-Hapan mother.

Dooku is pretty much losing it by RoTS. I don't know if it's him going senile, the dark side, or the wear and tear of war. He had his head too much on being somewhere else dreaming about the new Sith Academy that his Master was going to let him build once the Jedi were destroyed to bother with reality. I mean, Sidious must have been cackling about how dumb Dooku was to believe his plan ten years later.

Due to their Jedi-hatred, there could be a lot of untapped Force-sensitives in there, or Dooku could at least think there were.

the comics pre AOTC with Quinlan Vos, Twilight on Dathomir have him rescue a nice dathomir witch that is a beauty but tarns in the force as ugly old woman. her name is THE RANCOR and she is brought to the Jedi temple.

he is the uncle of the brother of the best friend of the son in law of Vima-da Boda's second stepmother...

and hey, Mon Mothma is hot in ROTS.. I have to include her somehow, hehe thx. Shira Brie might be Mara Jade's sister.

It's an invasion of gingers! Maybe red hair is just more common on humans in the GFFA. They have humans with blue and green skin after all, a greater prevalence of a hair color that we have now isn't too out there. No need to connect every redhead in the saga.
