Has anyone else seen this animated movie? What do you think? Personally I think it is very underrated. Who can forget the scene where the horse jumped off the boat for an apple? This was good fun, I highly recommend it for everyone.

Did I forget to mention the music? Elton John was excellent (when is he not?) One of the best cartoon movies ever.

EDIT: Couldnt get any pictures to work.

It's one of the few newer Disney movies that is pretty good and funny.

I saw it when it was in theaters. It's a pretty good movie. The blond headed dude looked like Kurt Cobain. Does anyone agree with that or am I alone?

I've heard that it's largely inspired by the Hope-Crosby Road films. Just from seeing the trailer, it appears to be so, what with the title and what looks to be two wise cracking main characters.

I like the seen where they're brought before Cortes. I forget the exact words, but it goes something like this:

Cortes: You will be sent to Cuba, where you will be a slave, and where you will die.

One of the two guys: Ohh, cool, Cuba!

Except it wasn't Disney, It was Dreamworks.

I liked it. It had a fun plot and the songs were awesome.

Cortes "My crew was as carefully chosen as the diciples of Christ, I will not tolerate stow aways. You will be flogged, and when we pull in to the ports of Cuba, God willing you will be flogged some more and enslaved on the sugar plantations for the rest of your miserable lives. Take them to the brig!"

    Miguel "Alright Cuba!"

Tzekel-Kan "I know what you are, and I know what youre not and youre not Gods!"

Tulio to Miguel "Ya-youre not a God? You lied to me?"

Yeah, that was a cool movie, as it was made by Dreamworks, which kicks Disney's arse. But dont you people know that Disney dosnt make good movies anymore? All they do is make crappy sequels to their old, good movies, sucking away their goodness.

Hey, the Emperor's New Groove was very good and Atlantis was at least enjoyable. Of course, it's been a few years since either of those.
