OOC: The space strike against the Ithorian ships has ended already, whereas the Ithorian Fleet has fallen.

Jango's is on the other side of the planet, and he is attacking a Jedi ship that has just come from hyperspace.

Biography: He was selected for Jedi training when he was very young he was at the top of his class in lightsaber dueling/fighting and military classes.When the Sith arrived on Naboo he formed a small rebellion but when he knew it wasn't going to work he left and put his most capable commander in command,and stole a small fighter and ran though the blockade and now is heading to the nearest jedi outpost

Alright. Since victory has been insured on Ithor, I reccommend sending the flagships back to their respected worlds, (any Sith worlds) with the exception of the Block Buster. That will stay behind to retrieve the Sith starfighters out in space.

As for the ground troops, begin setting up what you would like to call a "clean sweep" post, where you pick off any ithorian stragglers and turn the city into a Sith city.

That should get everyone involved again, even if its minor.

Also, if you'd like to go off on your own, PM me and we'll set something up.

 

ICarth Asin

Jack Corran made his final pass by the hanger by, he unloaded a blast of cannon and missile fire. The fighters behind him did the same. There was an explosion in the hanger, causing a chain reaction throughout the entire ship. The ship exploded, sending shrapnel towards the fighters. Jack took a nose dive towards the planet, trying to avoid the blast. He could see some fighters behind him get caught in the blast.

Darth Asin looked out of the bridge has the Block Buster's cannons pounded the Correllian Gunship. He could see the fighters just before they made their pass by the hanger bay. Suddenly a chain reaction of explosions began engulfing the ship, then the ship burst into flames. The explosion rocked the bridge of the Block Buster. Large chunks of the ship began descending onto the planet.

Darth Asin opened up a comm line with Darth Vega, "My Lord, I have destroyed the Correllian Gunship. The rest of the Jedi fighters are scattered and retreating. I am sending the Sith Terminators to finish them off. The Jedi have been defeated my Lord. I present to you, Ithor."

He turned to his XO, "Bring Black, Grey, and Red Squadron back to the ship. Send the Sith Terminators to hunt down the remaining Jedi Starfighters."

"Yes my lord," the XO replied.

OOC: I hope me destroying the ship wasn't God-moding. I figured everyone was off of it by now. If I have messed up, I will edit my post.

 

IC: Lt. General Bakarn

The battle on Ithor had been a much shorter one than predicted. A timely attack on the Jedi's staging area led to a loss of backup for the outmatched Ithorians. Bakarn opened up a patch to Rampor.

"General Rampor, this is Lt. General Bakarn. The city is ours, and the Ithorian troops are in full surrender. It's time to insure the name of the Sith on Ithor. Bakarn out."

Bakarn took his slightly-scarred assault tank to the main Ithorian temple, where the legal officials on the ground were formalizing the surrender of the Ithorian control of the planet. The light side of the force proved no match for the power of the dark side this day, and the Ithorians had to learn this the hard way. With things done, Bakarn went back to the staging area, and boarded a transport to redock with the Hellspawn, to await further orders to aid the glory of the Sith.

IC: Locus

Locus looked up towards the sky savoring the moment of victory. He looked around him and saw the havoc of the battlefield. He started to bask in the sight, finding pleasure in every moment.

Locus had loved the adrenline of battle, and the risks it took. He looked at his ankle that was shot by the sniper, and remembered that the Sniper had skill.
The fact that the sniper tried to take him out with a head shot was obvious. But the sniper used another method. He set Locus up for the ankle shot and once Locus got shot in the ankle, the sniper already had the headshot prepared.

There is no way that sniper had been Ithiorian. He wondered if the sniper had been force sensitve.

"Arrggh"

Locus had heard the sound of a moan come weakly from behind him. He turned around and noticed a Ithiorian trying to get up with his remaining power. Locus just decided to watch and see if he could do it.

Slowly but surely the Ithiorian got to a knee and gave heavy puffs out of his two mouths. The Ithiorian looked up and saw the ghostly figure of Locus above him.

"If you want mercy Sith...you will not get it from mother jungle." the Ithiorian said and slowly got to his two feet and continued. "You will not get any mercy from me...or any of us."

Locus looked at the Ithiorian and thought him brave to give his last words without permission.

"I do not want your mercy, I want your death upon my hands." Locus said and he slighlty felt through the force other beings barely living.

The Ithorian took a few deep breaths and then started to speak again. "If that is so then take my life. Although if I were stronger it would be different." and with that last remark, the Ithiorian found a lightsaber through his stomach area and fell to his knees staring at the ground.

The Ithiorian used his last strength to threaten the Sith. "The Jedi will avenge us and send you back to where you came from." His body collapsed to the ground and he could no longer be sensed of the force.

Locus now knew that others on the battlefield were still barely living, he would continue to get rid of them and proceed to go back to the Sith.

Raine landed her ship in the Hell Spawn and walked to the bridge. "How long till we depart captin?" she asked looking out over the humiliated planet. "I don't want to wait much longer surounded by the Ithorian stench,"

IC: Qullen Rampor (Aboard lead Sith AT-AT, Hurool, Ithor)

Receiving a comm from General Bakarn, Rampor slapped a bulkhead with his hand, pleased that the city had fallen.

He gazed out of the main viewport over the two drivers' shoulders, watching his men below round up Ithorian survivors.

He sent out a message to all troops to bivouac in the city and secure it, and to declare martial law.

He had his men assemble a pre-fabricated building at the center of the city, and he established a headquarters there from which to direct the Sith occupation of all of Ithor.

I think we should take a vote to see who would still participate in this regularly - it's got mine.

 

OOC: Indeed. I would hate to close this and then make a sequel to a sequel.

 

I would love to continue with this in a spin-off or a sequel.

I would like a list of current and staying members though. All these no-show players are holding us up.

 

No-Show players are always a huge problem with RPs. You get a lot of sign ups, then only 1/4 of the people RP.

I vote to keep it going.

 

Sorry about not participating in the RPG, I got really busy and totally forgot about signing up. Plus I never felt like I could really get in my character's head. Feel free to execute my character at your leisure.

 

OOC: I definitely wish to keep the thread going, as I have come a long way in the Sith order lol.
