The Holocaust was the systematic confinement, torture, and mass murder of minorities (mainly Jewish, Romani, and homosexuals) in Germany before and during World War II.

I cried when 3PO massacred the senators in the committee chambers.
Kanan Jarrus was his master in Rebels.

    Darth Maul.

Okay that actually isn't the answer but it's kind of funny that it's partially correct.

If I were writing this 3P0 would travel around issuing edicts on behalf of Leia, sitting in for her on committees, signing legislation, and doing public appearances as her designated duly appointed representative in all matters, but really he has her locked in a cage somewhere.

The problem is we all know that plot would fall apart the instant he greeted someone with "You might not recognize me because of my ongoing stealth coup attempt."

He was no longer a Sith by then.

Poor dude never had a real name so after getting fired he just pulls the Darth off his Sith title.

Funny? Absolutely. But also low key really sad.

Baylan: Let me leave you with this parting gem. Here it is. Are you ready? Ok - 'Impatience for victory will guarantee defeat.'
Shin Hat: What about being outnumbered 3-1 by Jedi-ish enemies?
    Baylan: No. Impatience.
Shin Hat: What if all the other soldiers fighting with me suddenly withdraw from the battle?
Baylan: Impatience, I tell you. Now off with you!

All i want to know is the fate of Baylan.
At this point he's Don Quixote of La Mancha.
He most certainly dies but what will he achieve or fail to ?
BTW, if you haven't guessed yet, everybody else survives and have a role in the Filoniverse movie.

    This was all very weird.

    1. Thrawn's big strategy was to distract Ashoka. Which, fine, that makes sense. Except there was no real difference between doing so at the planetary rings versus planetside. If anything, the latter strategy only increased his losses to accomplish the same goal.
    2. Why did we need to see all those lightsaber fights
    3. Understanding Sabine's embarrassment, might she not have found a way to bring up that they had a time-limited opportunity to ever leave?
    4. At least they are making it very clear to us why the reconstruction period was a failure. Apparently both sides were, on blind faith, taking extensive orders from marginal figures who claimed to be speaking for their famous but unseen masters. I suspect all these low level functionaries just ran things into the ground.
    5. I get the Imperial excitement over Thrawn. But why is he so famous that even Republican senators--ones skeptical of the need for much military build-up, no less--know precisely who he is and what his return would imply? When did he become such a central figure to every living person in the galaxy?
    5. As you all have already covered, none of the questions from previous episode were really furthered here.

Also I was not thrilled that they gave us a real awful low-rent version of the iconic Mace Windu short from the Tartkovsky Clone Wars series. On the other hand, I am glad that since the Book of Boba Fett, they at least figured out how ot make it look like vehicles were moving at an appreciable speed.

Bro, that’s Thrawn’s entire character on Rebels. He was a snooze until getting whaled away.

Where’d you see this? Do you mean Ezra fighting with Force push? That feels like a reach Jabba W. It reminded me of Kylo Ren’s much less iconic fight against his Ren Boys.

It's just like they're trying to do that sort Xanatos thing where the bad guy develops a clever strategy that allows him to benefit from apparent setbacks, except they didn't put any thought into it at all.

The main villain from Gargoyles. He was supposed to be a mastermind. Which they showed by actually let him outthink opponents and accomplish things, in stark contrast to. . .whatever this was.

Thanks the info JabbaW. The kids not much younger than me say gargoyles is good.

Is that true? Is it better than another rewatch of DuckTales?

I hope you mean the original Ducktales show and film. But yes, it is a strong series.

To return to my main point, though, why did he need to keep withdrawing and sending troops to do exactly the same thing? He had his opponent pinned down and he didn't actually care about winning. It would have been much less complicated to continue with one approach than switching wildly between them.

There’s still various kinks which Filoni needs to sort out with his writing. There’s too much dialogue that hand-waves something away because it’s too difficult to explain narratively; like when Ahsoka and Huyang decide that Thrawn obviously laid the minefield. Why? Why does the minefield point to Thrawn being found?

Also I’m not sure Filoni has what it takes to write a master strategist.

Why are we so certain he does? Seems to me that he’ll disappear into the sunset, and then pop up later on. That may change because of the actors tragic passing, but it seems to me that he wasn’t intended to die in this.

How does ‘known to senior Republic officials’ equate to ‘every living person in the galaxy’?
