Junkie XL collaborated with Zimmer on the MoS soundtrack. "Arcade" (aka Zod's dubstep infused theme) is his main contribution to the score.

 

And he did TASM 2 Electro theme. Yep. Hope his Batman theme is good.

He also remixed a bunch of Fear Factory tunes in the 90s on Remanufacture. And that Little Less Conversation Elvis track.

Slowpoke, I think people are being unfair. Have you thought about doing your own BvSOJ poster, using both casts?

 

It's a nice picture and I thought it was cool to see. I have no idea why people are acting like that picture represents all that is evil in the world.

My only problem with the picture is that the Batman on the far right is clearly a low-rent knockoff. No serious movie would ever create such a lame looking Batman character. I mean, he looks like the guy that played Daredevil 10 years ago for Pete's sake!

Well. That bodes well.

So what are the odds we'll get a Wonder Woman film? 20% now? Less?

 

10 bucks says she wasn't crazy about being saddled with Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman.

 

We will still get it. Edgar exiting Ant Man didn't kill it, and he was far more invested.

And if it must be a female director, get Katherine Bigelow. She can do gritty and is more than a capable director.

Edit: and she has directed films, it looks like MacLaren hasn't, per that article.

 

Why would that be an issue?

 

Well, she was cast first for Batman v Superman, by the people working on that movie. She was pretty much told, "This is your lead, no ifs, ands or buts about it". But it could have been issues with the story, because they are saying it's "creative differences".

 

So where was the director told this? all news to me.

 

"Creative Differences" is very believable as WB has zero idea what they are doing.

I'd trust a group of adolescent chimpanzees to manage and organize a film universe better than I would the people at WB.

 

Well, I think it would've been an assumed thing when she signed on, you know, that kind of thing.

Wasn't Gadot cast before the WW director announced? If that is the reason she quit, she's an idiot.
