But it's not normally his job to answer your phone. If he does, he's doing you a favor, and it is perfectly reasonable for your to specify how you would like a favor done. Talia was telling Bane how to do his job.

Sure, we can stop. But I think we ought to concede that such evidence as exists seems to point more plainly in the direction of Slowpokeking's argument about the power relationship between the two.

Now I really feel sad for Reeve, he is the best Superman ever, but the 3rd and 4th movie gave him such crappy script and stupid villains, especially the Nuclear Man.

As a kid when I had a broken arm I watched Superman IV every other day. Loved that movie. All I cared about was that Superman was in it.

Now when I watch it I cringe. Breathing in space by that woman...whats her name...rebuilding the Great Wall with eye beams...

Rebuilding the great wall with eye beams isn't so bad. Back then(or just before then) Superman had a new power seemingly every issue in the comics.

Yeah, I loved SM4 as a kid and probably rented that (and Supergirl) pretty often- more so than the other 3 movies.

I feel I owe my parents an apology.

Still, I often quote "You have my voice!" "No- you have MY voice." :)

I was way too young to even notice it was Gene Hackman voicing him as well. Or maybe I was just dumb.

Beside Reeve, whose performance as Superman is the best? I never watched Reeves or Alyn's Superman, I guess Dean Cain played a great Clark and ok Superman, Routh did his best but I think he was more like playing Reeve's Superman than his own. Henry had a good start but still, sometimes he let me think of Ultraman(Earth 3) rather than Superman.

I liked Henry Cavill. I really like George Newbern and Tim Daly in the various animated versions.

We've been blessed with some truly fantastic performances from live action to voice actors. Its so hard to choose. I enjoyed Tim Daly more than Newburn though.

Reeve is fantastic and I liked Henry as well.

I thought his performance in Dirty Dancing Two: Point Break was better.

    1. He was not a pawn. Bane could have broken her as easily as he broke Batman the first time. He only fought with her because he agreed with her beliefs and was protective of her.

    2. Ra's couldn't really have had much influence over who succeeded him seeing as how he went on a little roller coaster ride:

    3. And what movie were you watching? Do you think the goons would have been like: "Ya sorry dude we only take orders from Talia."

    I don't think so.

    4. Oh, a villain with depth! THE HORROR!!!

Except the LoS members would shoot him to shreds if he tries to do so, Bane is tough but he's not something like Superman. The one who commands LoS is the boss here.

He could make sure who's his second in command before this incident. Even if he didn't, who would LoS listen to other than his daughter?

Talia gave them to Bane to lead, of course they have to follow his order, even his execution. For example, Vader could execute his captains but that does not mean he was the leader of the Empire, the Emperor was.

It's not depth actually, it wasn't even explained much, try to add "depth" or "sympathy" to the villain may not work well sometimes, like let's say, Anakin in PT wasn't handled too well.

At this point it's simply wasting time to attempt to correct the flaws in your reasoning.

The point is so obvious that it doesn't need CopyrightInfringementTube material to buttress.

Actors who played important Marvel heroes then took DC leading roles.

    Ryan Reynolds-Deadpool/Lantern
    Halle Berry-Storm/Catwoman

Both Catwoman and Lantern failed, will Ben Affleck break the curse?
