Wasps are Satan's insect of choice.

I mean just look at them, for God's sake. One was terrorizing me just a few seconds ago before it suddenly felt the urge to dive-bomb my floor lamp and was cooked to a crisp on the spot. It was one of the strangest, and best, things I've ever seen.

You're forgetting mosquitos and horseflies.

 

Mosquitoes aren't imposing in the least though. I can just take those suckers out with a swift smack, or with some preventative bug-spray. Wasps on the other hand...those bastards are bad news.

Wasps, bees, all forms of evil, flying insects... They like to nest in my AC, and wait outside my front door to attack me whenever I enter or leave the house!

I've never been stung just once. My first stinging experience was when I stepped on a log that happened to be housing a yellowjacket nest. Second time, the horse I was riding stepped on a yellowjacket nest. After that it was years before I was stung again. I was washing the walls of my house to prepare to paint it, and I was blasting away with the power-water-blaster thingie, trying to get all those hard to reach places where there's a slight overhang from the roof and all that, when suddenly I see a big gray mass go flying off -- I'd sprayed a bald-faced hornets' nest! And those bastards were pissed. And there were A LOT of them!

 

I tend to think that roaches are Satan's insect of choice. I have nothing against wasps or hornets. But roaches? Maaaan!

 

Well I may be mistaken with moths. Whatever those little things that are always in groups and always get stuck in your eyes are. They practically come from Virginia! Virginian hellspawny thing bastards!

I stepped on a wasp once in barefeet once, not fun, it really hurt. Horseflies are ten times worse in my opinion.
