OMG. How cool was House tonight! :D Funny thing is that a doctor like that would never be allowed to practise in real life, but it's so much fun to pretend.

Plus there's the fact that the man cracks me up, even when someone's about to die. :p

I think he's either going to recover from the shooting with no pain in his leg and a half-gone mind, or nothing will change, and he'll have to go on same as always. Except after this season finale, he'll have learned some grand life lesson that hopefully won't make him less funny. :p

But I doubt they will let him lose the limp. House without his cane and his scarcasim just isnt House

he wouldn't lose the sarcasm, and can you see him giving up that cane even without the limp? it's a part of him. people without limps have canes too.

doubt they'd take his mind from him myself, but *shrugs* who knows?

I don't want him to lose the limp... that is just part of House to me, I like him that way!
(Wow! That sounds kinda mean, but since he's just a character, I guess it isn't to bad)

But I bet Hugh Laurie would be glad to get rid of it... it probably hurts him to do it all the time.

I know that is why they took the limp from Weaver on ER... it was hurtting Laura Innes to much to do it all the time.

well it will probably either be House with the Limp or House losing his mind. I go for the first option

House would probably miss the limp and injure himself purposely. And I've no doubt he'd still use the cane. He needs something to hit balls against walls with when he's in deep thinking mode.

[face_laugh] That's exactly what I was thinking! He probably wouldn't be able to think without it! :p

Hey all! Just wanted to jump on and say what a great evening I've had...

My wife and I are taking part in a research group, and one of the things we have to do is go to interviews about our opinions on raising children. I had mine tonight and got paid $50 for doing it. My wife has hers tomorrow and she'll get another $50! I've never made such easy money :D

    Cheers,
    Wyo

But I think the pain is a part of him as well, and if he lost that, he just wouldn't be House.

But I have to agree JS, he will probably try and injur himself again

    There you go, full justification for having kids. 8-}

I honestly wouldn't have started watching "House" if it hadn't been for my brother. He was being a geek and renting the DVDs. Probably because he wanted to see if he could diagnose the problems himself. [face_laugh]

    Night Bro.

So tomorrow my parents are finally going to come and look at the apt I went. I am so excited. That means I'm one step closer to moving out of their house

That is awesome Wyo! Nothing like making easy money!!

    'night Trimaj!

As soon as I have money again, I'm buying the first season on DVD... I didn't see the first few episodes, I hadn't even heard of it, but my parents watched it, and called me telling me I would love it and I've been hooked ever since!

    Edit:
Yeah jon, his name is Greg House and he had an infarction in his leg (basically like a heart attack where the muscle dies) and now he is in constant pain and limps because of it and the muscle that is gone. And because of all that he is addictied to Vicoden.
