What kind of stuff did you doodle in your notebooks in school?

In intermediate school I remember drawing flowers and trucks in my notebook. That was until this guy in my class corrected my notebook and totally made fun of me and my drawings.

In high school I drew cartoon characters like Animaniacs and Disney characters, and attempted to draw SW ships.

Now I draw eyes. Lots and lots of eyes. I think I'm pretty good at drawing eyes. When I draw the whole face, it looks all jacked up. I usually draw one or the pair, then erase them. I guess I feel too old to doodle.

 

Usually sci-fi stuff. Actually, I still do occassionally - I'm not very good at organic drawings. The only organic things I've really drawn recently, besides stick figures, are eyes.

 

I perfected the caricatured visage of James Worthy in my 12th grade Economics notebook.

 

last year it was my own matrix guy and grievous, this year its south park...

 

A few main things recur in all my doodles.
The Enterprise (all but the E{bloody hard to draw})
All Star Wars Ships
General Grievous's Hand (the only part of him I can draw well)
Lightsabers
Criss crossed lines
Profiles of peoples faces
And a symbol that means something only too me and one other person

Doodling in notebooks? Not really. (I'm in college now and take notes on a laptop, but even when I had paper notebooks I never really did much doodling in them...)

Doodling in general? Very definitely. Mostly my favorite book or movie characters. Ones that really, really mean a lot to me personally. And... caricatures of myself. Egotistic of me, I know.

I didn't doodle too much, but if I did it was just random lines and things like that. But in one of my engineering classes I decided to draw the AC/DC logo in AutoCAD. It was awesome

Lots of stuff. I wrote a paper on my doodles once... But since then I've doodled lots more + lightsabers and characters.

i usually doodle a dude playin a guitar, or my insane clown design
now, im more into eyes and sometimes lightsabers

 

Everything but school.

 

I usually did people profiles/bodies, 3-D shapes, and te obligitory sw stuffL: usually fett's helmet, stormies, x-wings/ties's, etc.

On my freshman year french workbook I did an entire stick-figure flip book that went from one side of the book to the other, took me about 1/2 the year to complete. Definately better than paying attetnion
