My husband is an aethiest, and I call myself a spiritual wacko...simply because I believe in a little from all religions, because I think some of them have parts of it right, but have completely missed the boat on other parts...

I was raised Roman Catholic and got as far as my first confession. I am now agnostic.

 

I'm a Christian, and I go to a 1st Assembly Of God church.

 

Do you think it's a coincidence that a lot of SW fans are agnostic?

I'm a devout Christian, although 6 months ago I lost my faith, not in God's existance, but in His goodness I think. Its a long story, but suffice to say, the one time I needed Him to just be there for me, he never picked up the phone, just dead silence. So now I think I hate Him ^_^

 

I realized, when I was pretty young, that I don't want people telling me what to believe, and that personally, I don't give a crap. So I'm "nothing" - no not an "athiest" - a current fad (especially amongst rebelious teenagers) with few true believers - nothing. I don't think about a "god", I don't think about "creation", I don't think about a "plan", a "messiah", or heaven and hell. It's just something I couldn't care less about.

I consider myself Christian. Something bothered me while reading down the page. Most of the Christians said their denomination rather than their religion. I find it very sad the way the religion has been broken apart.

Like many others in this thread (i'm too lazy to list all the names), I believe in God but not religion. My spirituality is important, but too many religions have truths and falsities that I can't subscribe to any one.
