    ESKIMO JOE!!!!! :D :D :D

    *breathes*

I'm calm now. I just have a bit of an obsession with Eskimo Joe, my friends call me "Eskimo Jess"

I'm listening to that new SW Tripod song that was on JJJ on Tuesday morning. My goodness, it's funny!

I heard Saint Anger again today. It's actually not too bad. I know I'll only end up liking it more each time I hear it.

The "melodic rock" parts are pretty much teh sux, but in the bits where they go for it, it's pretty good. Hey, it's a lot better than a lot of other stuff...

Right now I'm listening to "Franco Un-American" by NOFX off their new War on Errorism album.

Nah, but a mate of mine has a funnier version, the title starts with "E" [face_devil]

Syrix, d00d, I've got Metallica's St. Anger here. It's not great, but I'll give it another listen. It sounds alot like they're trying to be hardcore a la their pre-Metallica days. Even in the song of "St. Anger", he says "**** it all and ******* no regrets", which is aline outta "Damage Inc." on Master of Puppets.

And Bob Rock played bass on the album. Bob Rock is teh sux0r!!11!1!

St Anger is causing a large debate amongst the white section of uws macarthur, half of us like it, half of us don't like it.

Personally i reckon it's not to bad, could be better, but pretty good.

Yeah, I collected myself a copy of "Poodle Hat" which is Wierd Al's latest CD - pretty cool, with takes on Avril, Eminem, Nelly, Billy Joel and a score of others in his polka song. All up it's pretty cool.

Coldplay rule! And there's a Linkin Park song that is really good, but I've forgotten what it's called...begins with an f...

And U2 are excellent as well.

the song gets better with more listens, Syrix is right. However, the album still ain't great IMHO. The DVD is cool but I just want to smack Lars (the drummer) upside the head. He's a d***.

Bring Me To Life - Evanescence

I have to get this cd if all the songs are as cool as this.

I've actually been watching the clip for it, it rocks :D

Lol, thanks to Piggles and Scream talking about them on the train I had this in my head(along with the Mario music of course ;) ) all day so I went home and downloaded the clip off their site. I really like this song, Amy Lee has a cool voice.

Yeah, that song is pretty cool, methinks. Anything by Linkin Park at the moment, but some of my friends are trying to introduce me to 'death metal' bands such as System of a Down and the like...

    God help me.

Ah, dude, System ain't death metal. You need to hear you some Cannibal Corpse to hear death metal. Even Fear Factory's first album will do.

Well, death metal isn't as bad as I thought...I can't remember the stuff that he made me listen to, but it wasn't System...some sort of Gothic black metal, but I have no idea.

Here's something completely opposite to that though - I've been listening to the Whitlams 'Torch the Moon' CD, and it ain't bad. No wonder my friend wants to change my music...

Listening to Drowning Pool, when the bodies hit the floor.

Some guy on jjj said this song was the most common song listened to by tank commanders in the gulf, so I figured i'd see what the fuss was about, now I understand.

That was the only decent Orgy song on the family values live cd, even then they ruined the bass line.

Currently listening to Kielbasa, Tenacious D
