I do have to add some more -- I've been listening more and more and watching the OT over and over too.

Definitely my new favorite chill creators:

The Emperor's Death - I get chills and can feel the conflict of Vader/Anakin watching his son being tortured and then he makes the ultimate sacrifice and changes: It's amazing how the force theme plays when he suddenly picks up the emperor. It definitely says, "yes, this is the chosen one."

I also get chills with "Anakin's death" and "The end credits". It's so hard to believe Anakin is dead and the last notes of The light of the force kinda leave you hanging - very mysterious - almost saying through music - you create your destiny.

The future is hard to see...

Or, maybe I'm just tired and rambling!!!

Duel of the Fates - TPM
    Anakin's Theme - TPM
When Jar Jar gives Padme an idea on Corascant - TPM UE
    Princess Leia's Theme - ANH
    The Magic Tree - ESB
Clash of the Lightsabres - ESB
    Luke and Leia - RotJ
    Emperor's Theme - RotJ
The Dark Side Beckons - RotJ
    The Emperor's Death - RotJ
    Anakin Skywalker's Death - RotJ
    Victory Celebration - RotJ

BTW, why do we as Human Beings get chills down our back and across our arms when we hear music or see the images that coincide with them? I've never been able to comprehend this phenomenon but it feels spectacular as it's happening. It seems that our feelings are deeply conveyed by the music as we listen but once it ends and you stop, you think "WOW!"

here's my top five in order:

1.ESB: recapitulation of Han/leia theme as the film ends
2.ESB: Han/Leia theme triumphant transition into main SW theme during end credits...Awesome
3.ESB(see the pattern): Yoda's theme, as he lifts the X-wing...what is that, a clarinet?
4.TPM: Anakin's theme during closing credits...especially those cascading strings that turn into the Imperial March
5.TPM: the major key version of the Emperor's theme sung by a chorus of children (instead of basses) during the end celebration. Did anybody else catch that?

For me, the top vote is the Imperial March. It represents all that is evil in the galaxy as well as the sheer power of the Empire. The music has a sense of dominance as it eclipses the struggle and paltry attempts to overthrow the Empire by the fledgling Rebellion.

Twin sunsets or something(ie the force theme when luke looks at the suns in ANH)

Yoda's music when he raises the X-Wing out of the swamp and that striking high pitched bit at the end of it. wow.

basically the entire 'He Is The Chosen One' track off the OST for Episode I (no i dont have the ultimate edition)

the ceremony at the end of ANH (i have the damn soundtrack and i cant remember the name. geez some fan i am).

the funeral pyre for a jedi

the celebration at the end of ROJ (may only have been in special edition i dont know)

the bit in the death star trench where luke decides to switch his computer off (just prior to that)

and so many more. star wars has the best film music possible ever. i take my hat off to john williams.

Lots and lots of them... John Williams is as much Star Wars to me as George Lucas himself is.

But to narrow it down to two is a piece of cake for me:

    The Force Theme

Luke finally attacking Vader in ROTJ.

Those two get me every single time.
