    Well, had a late lunch and stopped at the restaurant I've been wanting to try for awhile. They didn't have a lunch menu but rather a brunch, so I got Vegan Chicken (It was oyster mushroom) and waffle.

    It was amazing.

    While wholly unplanned, I had pancakes for breakfast and then scallion pancakes for lunch. I stand in wonder of what dinner may have in store.

    A couple months ago against my better judgement I ordered one high priced waffle at IHOP and I could not finish it. (Or is it IHOb now? IHOP is the International House of Prayer.)

    Yesterday I was out early for an appointment, afterwards I rewarded myself with a waffle brunch at a local place. They served me a delicious TX shaped pecan waffle.

    My wife found a recipe for baking sheet pancakes, made with the healthier Kodiak whole wheat pancake flour and it is rather grand. It is not bleached flour and it makes a less glutenous batter. She mixed blueberries and strawberries in and baked one giant sheet which gets cut into multiple pancakes. We ate this earlier today with vegan sausage which we did not steal from @Jedi Bluth
