Which one SkywalkerSound ? My system is about a year old, but I'm running a pioneer elite VSX-39TX for the receiver and the 301 DV-F07 DVD changer. Haven't checked out the Denon setup. Then Sonance for the 7.1 array.

Sorry to hear about everything else over there. I'm sure we'll have many more film festivals. So far I've heard of another anime one, a comedyone , and a martial arts festival as well.

About my dad's stuff, I don't know the model... I know, I'm ashamed to call my self an audio-videophile... I only know my own, and mine are not high-end.

Oh, yea... 7.1 can you imagine that? Boy, I'd never leave the house. Check out the Denon DVD player, there is onethat is THX Cert. it was in FORBES about two months ago.

 

I know Sideshow has said more than once that the DLP will not be at AZ mills. Today, two people were telling me that they were sure there was a DLP at AZ mills. I don't know their source, but I know, Sideshow, that you have been working closely with the guys at Harkins. I guess I am just asking confirmation that there is definitely not going to be DLP at AZ mills. And guess what, either way I'll be at the AZ lineup so I can continue getting to know everyone since I have only been to one meeting. I know that with all the work you guys have been putting into the lineup it's going to be an awesome event and I would much rather see it with my fellow PFF peoples than on a DLP anyday. Thanks for all the work that you have put into the event and will continue to, Sideshow, AZlineup, and whoever else is working with the organization!

i can tell you strait from the marketing director of harkins' mouth...
the DLP will be at arrowhead on may 16th for episode II... but the line-up event will still be going strong at azmills!

 

I'm sure that I can put together and equip a team of volunteers, from this board, to make sure the Line Up has the projector in about half an hour. Along with promising in excess of a 73% probablility of success. I need 9 others, PM me if interested...the rest of you....don't ask.
