It seems Ki Adi Mundi, Yoda, and Mace are the only ones who make decsions. is that how the council works? Is it like everyone talks then those three make a vote?

 

The council in Episode II contains these members.

1. Plo Koon
2. Mace Windu
3. Yoda
4. Ki-Adi-Mundi
5. Saesee Tiin
6. Shaak Ti
7. Even Piell
8. Oppo Rancisis
9. Adi Gallia
10. Coleman Trebor
11. Eeth Koth
12. Depa Billaba

We saw Coleman Trebor get shot by Jengo Fett in the Battle of Geonosis. Eeth Koth was killed in the same battle when his gunship was shot down. Oppo Rancisis was murdered by the dark jedi Sora Bulq on Saleucami. Depa Billaba fell to the dark side on Haruun Kal. Adi Gallia was killed by General Grevious and Even Piell's fate is unknown which is why his seat is empty in the begining of Episode III. That is the seat that Anakin takes on the council. So the council ends up being.

1. Plo Koon
2. Mace Windu
3. Yoda
4. Ki-Adi-Mundi
5. Obi-Wan Kenobi (replacing Oppo Rancisis)
6. Agen Kolar (replacing Eeth Koth)
7. Anakin Skywalker (replacing Even Piell)
8. Pablo-Jill (replacing Depa Billaba)
9. Saesee Tiin
10. Kit Fisto (replacing Coleman Trebor)
11. Stass Allie (replacing Adi Gallia)
12. Shaak Ti

As for their fates. Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin, and Agen Kolar were killed by Darth Sidious. Anakin of course turns into Darth Vader and then kills Shaak Ti in the temple raid. Yoda and Obi-Wan live on into Episode IV, and Ki-Adi-Mundi, Plo Koon, and Stass Allie are killed in Order 66. We can assume that Pablo-Jill was also killed in Order 66, but we're not really sure.

As a side note, it is possible that Luminara Unduli may have been promoted to the council if Chancellor Palpatine had not interviened and put Anakin on the Council.

 

I get sad thinking about the last Jedi Council ever (at least that we'll see in the movies).

According to the Illustrated Screenplay, page 22 : 83 (62) Int. Coruscant - Jedi Temple - Council Chambers - Day. Anakin enters and stands in the middle of the room. He is surrounded by the Jedi Council: Mace Windu, EETH KOTH, Obi-Wan, Yoda, the holograms of Plo-Koon, Ki-Adi-Mundi.

Mace : Anakin Skywalker, we have approved your appointment to the council as the Chancellor's personal representative.

etc, etc.

Eeth Koth was alive and well in ROTS.

At the end, she sort of is, de facto.
During the last Jedi breifing before Mace confronts Sidious,
her, Yoda and KAM are in holo conference with Mace and Anakin.

 

For all of about five whole minutes, when Lucas first wrote that scene -- he'd already signed off on Koth's demise during the conceptual stages of pre-production, intending to replace him with Agen Kolar (seen in the AotC Geonosis arena), and this evidently slipped his mind when he was rewriting his earlier script drafts.

But it doesn't matter, since Kolar still ended up in the flick in the end.

 

Just for clarification, Pablo-Jill isn't in RotS. The Ongree Jedi Master that looks very much like Pablo-Jill is in fact Coleman Kcaj. That would make the Jedi Council consist of the following:

I still think it's one of the coolest things to actually have Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi on THE Jedi Council together. Having grown up with the OT it's something I never thought I'd see.

 

Actually, we do see Eeth Koth die aboard a gunship in AOTC. You really need to get your Zabraks right, as just about every source states this as well. Revenge of the Sith Visual Dictionary, Making of Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: The Ultimate Visual Guide, Revenge of the Sith novelization by Matthew Stover and just about every other media.

Chancellor Palpatine appointed Anakin Skywalker as his representative on the Jedi Council. The council approved his appointment, but refused to grant Anakin the rank of Master.

The twelve members of this Jedi Council proved to be the last of the Old Republic. Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin, and Mace Windu were all struck down in battle with Emperor Palpatine. Anakin Skywalker fell to the dark side and became Darth Vader, then led an attack on the Jedi Temple that resulted in Shaak Ti's death. Following the issue of the Emperor's Order 66, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Stass Allie, and Plo Koon were murdered by their own clone trooper forces on various planets. Obi-Wan Kenobi went into hiding on Tatooine and was killed by Darth Vader nineteen years later. Four years after that, Yoda passed away on Dagobah at the age of 900. The fate of Master Coleman Kcaj is currently unknown.

 

Who or what is this Coleman Kcaj? How does it look like? And how one might pronounce that something?

 

Coleman Kcaj look's almost exactly identical to Pablo-Jill from AotC.

He and Coleman Kcaj are the same species (Ongree), but Coleman is just a little more on the green side rather than yellow . As for his pronunciation - I haven't the slightest idea.

Did Adi Gallia die in the EU somewhere.........or did she just end her term..I've heard both.

there are 4 "voices" of the council....mace (being the leader)...yoda (being the greand jedi master)....ki adi mundi and plo koon

i think the whole council genreally votes on very important matters, but those 4 are problly like representatives of the council that would report things going on and such

 

Excluding Obi-Wan and Yoda, Coleman Kcaj may be the only surviving council member. Even Piell a former council member may also be alive.
