Who is more buff, Mark/Luke in ESB or Hayden/Anakin in ROTS?

I think some of us are forgetting that mark had to work out really hard for ESB. If i'm not mistaken he was doing alot of weights, Kendo plus Ceography for the movie.

 

i bet you Hayden did also.
there was a bigggg change between LaaH and RotS.

 

Hadyen Never done Kendo. Plus Hadyens workout was temporrary. He's lost all his muscles now, Mark had some of it with him before he started training for ESB.

 

I thought Hayden did Kendo training? I knew Mark had, and that he was already in pretty good physical condition before he started ESB. Hayden as you said had to go on an intensive workout program and has since lost all his muscle.

 

Of course, if we're going by action figures, then Luke wins easily

No Hadyen Never done Kendo. It was mark that actually took up pure Kendo.

 

I don't think we got too much full on chest action with Mark, except for the singlet in ESB so I would have to say that Hayden does it for me. I just wish he hadn't put on that robe after he got up. He was definitely built in that scene!

Anyways, I think Anakin looks more toned, as in six pack and such. But Luke looks more like he could rip off Ani's arms and beat him with them. So buffness wise, Luke FTW.

Well, Anakin has more of a 6 pack, but did we ever see a full shirt off scene with Luke? And judging by those arms, Luke could probably punch a hole in Anakin's 6 pack. So I say Luke.

Hayden looks fantastic,Mark looked great too.
For being more buff,I'm going with Anakin.
Hayden had to work for about 5 months. Eating like six meals a day,training with Nick up to four hours or more. He probably had to lift weights too. Hmm..I wonder how much Anakin could bench press?

 

I think the comparison is hard because we are comparing 5'9" Mark Hamill with 6'1" Hayden Christensen. Hayden I guess is the same height as Harrison so that would be a better comparison (Hayden wins). I think Luke in ESB has great arms but his overall build is muscular but slight. Hayden (though skinny in real-life) as Anakin bulked up a lot and being as tall as he is is overall more buff than Mark. I also doubt Mark had a 6-pack like that as I doubt he did lots of ab work. 6-packs weren't in fashion then the way they are now.

In any case, Han beats them all for looking best in tight pants!
