The only other animated character remotely on par with Stewie's evil genius nature is Eric Cartman, this Jimmy Neutron character is unworthy of even being mentioned in the same internet.

Jimmy Neutron. I like Stewie and all, but it's not even close.

 

Jimmy, he has a time machine, like 6 spaceships, a hovercraft, a hypnotizing defice, shrink/enlarge ray, reanimater(as in life reanimater) animal communicator and a talking dog that can explode and put it self back together(like the Iron Giant), oh and a dimension splitter

Stewie is a stupid baby and doesn't have any of that

umm... the question isn't who's more vicious... it's whose smarter, and on that i'd have to go with jimmy neutron, for the above reasons. stewie may have more wisdom, but again that ain't smarts.

 

My vote goes to Stewie. Stewie sterillized Peter from the inside. That's skill.
