Who Would Win : Darth Revan or Master Yoda?

Siths_Revenge: You logic is simply unparalelled. Yeah, of course it's left to the EU to depict the death of other Jedi. No duh! The fact is, many a Jedi could've survived Order 66's initial barrage. During the ensuing 20 years, Vader had the task of hunting down the remaining stragglers. Even then, a handful of Jedi and their descendants survived the purge. Of course, this only matters if you don't dismiss or therwise condemn the EU out of hand. And if you do, then why the *bleep* are you posting in what's essentially an EU forum??

Hmmm... a fairly good fight, but I think Revaan would win. Revan had the power to pull thralls of minions to him, and had enormous control of the Force. JUdging by the history of EU, The Sith have been progressivly weakening over the millenia (Exar Kun/Naga Sadow/Freedon Nadd > Darth Sidious), and REvan was right up there in terms of Force powers and lightsaber art. Yoda and Sidious were very evenly matched, and it was pure luck-of-the-draw that Sidious didn't fall as far as Yoda did, otherwise the fight would have continued. So, I think that Revan would have won in the end, however close it may have been.

Revan has the advantage here yoda. Revan is unarguably one of the best Sith lords ever. The only Jedi or Sith how might stand a chance aginst him are Yoda, Luke Skywalker, Ajunta Pall, Fredon Nadd, and possibly a few past jedi masters how I have left out. But in the long run I think Revan defeats yoda with a fatal slash cutting the little guy in two.

Yoda could kill Revan, but Luke would get his butt whooped buy Revan.

 

Who did Vader kill anyways? A couple of snot nosed kids while the Clones killed all the Jedi that mattered. Oh yeah, there was old man Obi, but he let himself get killed. Vader is just some overated guy stuck in a full body condom. And his battle cry is just so intimiidating, NNNNOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo!

Luke circa TUF would own every single other Jedi ever. And quite possibly every Sith (possibly exception of Palpatine and Revan).

I think Revan would match Yoda. There is no objective status for comparison; I'd tend to say matches between them split 50/50.

I must have missed the part where Obi-Wan and Yoda calibrated the signal for no reason. And where they said 'I know for sure we're the only two left.'

 

Hmm...Wisdom VS Cunning...I think Revan would win because:
Yoda is damn old!
The sith of ancient times are more powerful than those of the present!
Revan is in the prime of his/her life!
Sith powers are more powerful than those of the Jedi...(My opinion) I mean any Sith
can learn Jedi thecnics but Jedi refuse to learn the Dark Sides powers...Therfore the
Sith have the advantage...Plus Sith are used to killing Jedi are not...And how much
experience in battle does Yoda have?...There where more battles in Revans period than
in Yodas...My guess is that Revan has more battle experience...Revan knows the ways of
both the Jedi and the Sith...Revan whould win.

Yoda would wipe the floor against Revan. Revan may be strong, but Yoda is simply a different class.

I never thought Luke was that good, he looked like he was just swinging around his Saber like bat and he used a few meager feats of the force.

I think the Jedi Exile could beat Yoda with some difficulty, and beat Revan with even more difficulty.

Gameplay mechanics =/= canon.

 

We are talking a video game character therfore gameplay mechanics are at the heart of the discussion. As such there is no way in hell that Yoda or Luke would win in this fight. Energy shields nullify Yoda and Lukes Saber and Force Immunity coupled by "Use the Force for defense never attack" leaves them at a serious disadvantage.
