Jolee Bindo:
1. Was a Jedi Padawan during the time of the Great Sith War.
2. Along with fellow Jedi Andor Vex he smuggled in supplies to the Ukatis System when there was a blockade which prevented the people of the system from getting needed supplies.
3. When he was young he went on many missions known as the Rimward Missions.
4. Jolee defeated his wife Nayama who went on to kill many Jedi in the war but could not bring himeself to kill her.
5. Was going to be promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight but instead went into exile.
6. Was able to survive 20 years in the dangerous Shadowlands on Kashyyyk.
7. Traveled with Revan on his quest to destroy the Star Forge.
8. Went into the Temple of Ancients with Revan and was able to survive and help persuade Revan from turning to the Darkside again.
9. Was said to be a skilled lightsaber duelist and to have a vast knowledge of the force and was able to use both light side and dark side force powers.

Plo Koon:
1. Hero of the Stark Hyperspace War.
2. Jedi Master and Jedi Council Master.
3. High Jedi General during the Clone Wars.
4. Could alter the environment with the force
5. Was a skilled lightsaber duelist.
6. Survived Battle of Genosis.
7. Master of telekinesis.
8. Trained Jedi Knight Bultar Swan.
9. Was able to use a force power that he called Electric Judgement that was kind of like force lightning.

I'm going to have to say Plo Koon in a close one.
