Whoa, the Exile has a face now?

When did this happen? Did I miss everyone talking about it or does no one care at this point?

From that same set there should also be another picture of Darth Plagueis, yet I haven't been able to find it anywhere online.... has anyone?

Yes, it was this one, originally made for the Wook.

 

The Miniatures expansion set was released back in June, but Wookieepedia didn't change its infobox image until September.

 

I think there was a debate over whether or not the face given to her in the miniatures set should be considered canon.

there is a new mod where the hair of the blonde is turned to brown. the author thinks itr looks like that head. i have this mod you should try it it's good.

The Exile mini actually has pure black hair with red highlights, though that could just be a way of showing brown hair, like the horde of ambiguous red-heads in comic books.

Or more likely she just uses the same hair dye as her master.

 

Didn't I post this about 3 months ago? But yeah, maybe Revan will have a face soon. There is no stopping them now.

Btw, regarding the relationship between figures and miniatures, from Chris Trevas' website it seems like the artist first draws the picture, and then the mini is based on that drawing, rather than the other way around...

 

Really? I thought she looked like one of the more Asian looking choices...

 

If she is, then awesome, I confess I thought Asian an unlikely option given the description of her hair as brown rather than black, and her skin as pale - which yes, could apply to certain ethnic groups from asia, but that seemed unlikely given someone mentioning above that there was a mod to play as this version of her which apparently changed the hair of a blonde Exile to the correct colour. So I, perhaps incorrectly, assumed that the closest existing in-game head was one of the caucasian ones.

I'd be very happy if I was wrong.

 

Well, I may be wrong as well. I am just going off what people have shown online...and admittedly I am not good with faces...or race actually.

I just thought her hair looked similar to either the second or third face on the far left...
also, looking at the miniature, I would not describe her skin as pale. Not really dark either, but definitely not pale.

I will let people make up their own minds though.

 

I have played the game both ways, the female version is cool and all but the male version story is better.

 

Thanks - I hadn't seen the actual mini - just the picture on the Wook and the accompanying description. To be honest I don't think she looks like any of those faces, but she could either be the top right head or one of the heads down the left side, yes. Soooo, better than expected but still unclear?

As to whether the male or female storylines were better, I'm torn. The male storyline benefits significantly from having the Handmaiden rather than the Disciple, who I think sucked big time. However, overall, I think the story works better if she's a woman. I dunno, I find it more interesting from a character perspective and I think that Atton makes the most interesting love interest. (Contrast to KOTOR I where I think Revan works best as a man, both because of the character and because Bastila is a better love interest than Carth.)

 

don't laugh but i like mical i think he is a very nice guy. brianna's nice too. i do like the female exile better.

 

Maybe that will be the big reveal that everyone is expecting at the end of KOTOR. Instead of something with the Triumvirate, the last panel would be Revan's face.

I preferred male Exile...but then again, I preferred female Revan, Jaden Korr and Rookie One, so...yeah....
