Who's the better chef, Gordon Ramsay or Emeril Lagasse?

How can people even answer this question without eating either's food? This is ridiculous.

I had dinner once in Emeril Lagasses restaurant in Vegas. It was fabulous.

I still have to try a Gordon Ramsey restaurant though. Im somewhat curious what they are like.

 

Just wondering, how expensive is something like that?

 

I think that they were, but when it comes to chefs it's all about the food to me and not who's the best television personality.

I do love watching Ramsay's show on BBCA though, the kitchen nightmare show.

 

I think it was about a 100 bucks a person, not that expensive, the booze made up half of the bill. It's Vegas after all.

 

$100 a person isn't bad at all when 50% of that is from alcohol.

I've spoken with a few people who have eaten at Emeril's restaurant here in Orlando and many of them felt like they were being ripped off because portion sizes were so small or something.

 

Is it bad that "Only $100 a person!" made me nearly jump out of my skin laughing?

Yeah guess thats not so bad.

 

With the current exchange rates, I laugh at a $100 dinner. It's cheap compared what we pay here now.
