Wii Board, My Idea Freaking Rocks

So I got a Wii for Cthulumas and I think it's a pretty nifty little platform with alot of potential.
My brother got a Silver Surfer game and I figured wouldn't it be awesome if you could actually ride a board?

I remember at the arcade they used to have this snowboard game, so just make that smaller like a dome with a board on top and there you go.

 

That wouldn't be bad, but you need to wait for Force Unleashed, the Wii has a duel mode, full motion sensitive.

That is what I need. The Wii fit. I just have to buy the Wii, a TV, the balance board, and probably a bunch of other stuff.

I think the thread is talking about Courtney having an idea that is already being made into a product, much like my idea that someone else also made into a product.

I of course thought of my idea before anyone had already made it though.

 

Am I like the only person in the world who isn't all that impressed with the Nintendo Wii? I really prefer traditional game platforms with NORMAL controllers.

j/k I have a Wii but I also hold onto and buy games for my PS2. I think the Wii controls are better than traditional pads for certain genres (shooters for example) but not for everything. Same reason why we have dance pads for DDR; it's the best controller for that type of game. I would have preferred the Classic Controller been used for more games where the motion stuff isn't really needed. I think we will see that too. It took developers a while to realize the touch screen wasn't necessary for all games on the DS.
