if i can be of any use in rotoscoping sabers, and all that kind of things (not acting coz i suck ) i'd be glad to work in a team,

By the way....I can do various voices....a wide range actually...I can mimic people I hear and if needed I find I can handle putting on an accent. I am actually American but can do a British accent.
I have also done some pantomime.

When is this production due to start? The Summer? Fall?

How long would filming take?


Please forgive me for all my questions...just trying to get as much info as I can.

Shooting could begin this summer. but it might not.

Anyone who is interested in acting or being part of the filming crew please e-mail me, many have and i thank them greatly for their interest.

Storyboarding and the design stage is about to start, while we polish the script.

Mainly we just need the actors and filming groups set and then from them we will know how long it will take, if a filming group can film every day then it will be quicker then one tht can only shoot once a week... so i have no idea yet how long principle photography will take.

Ok i think that about it. As for anyone else offering other types of help, feel free to offer, but i may not be able to get back to you as quickly as actors because we are not focussing on these stages yet, such as post production effects.

I love to act, and not trying to brag, but I'm a really good actor. And when I can really get into it like with Star Wars, I'm even better. I would really love to be involved with this movie.

I would love to offer my acting talents though Im afraid I wont be able to do much traveling unless it is during the summer. Ill post a headshot as soon as I get them back from the developer.

Ive actually done quite a bit of acting and would be a good addition to your cast I hope.

I would be in if time allows. I'm old school SPFX, 10 years in the industry. I've done armour and weapons on Starship Troopers, Xena, Hercules, Lord of the Rings, SW ep 2 (Count DooDoo's Sabre). Creature work on X-Files, Xena, Young Hercules, Hoffa. Stunt work on Striking Distance. Miniatures on Lord of the Rings, and Titanic. Plus loads of other films. So you need creatures (masks, teeth, and hands), armour/weapons (sabers, helmets, blasters), or miniature ships, buildings, and landscapes for blue screen or not just let me know. I'm still working on LOTR the Two Towers and another film, so my time is a bit limited right now. But I can try to squeeze some stuff in if I can. Write me directly at FxWizard_NZ@yahoo.com.

PS: Obviously my home / workshop is in Wellington, New Zealand so I can't travel to work on sets for at least a couple of months, mid year break at my shop. I am a American citizen and already have work permits & work visas for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Russia, and Denmark.

 

FxWiz. How much do you charge for your services? I met a bunch of people at the local Ep2 premiere earlier this morning and we have basicly all the talent we need to start a film (I already have several scripts Ive slowly worked on over the last year or two)except someone to help with props and creature/alien prostetcs or whatever they are called.
