Channel Page sat on her bed, just staring at Bravo. Channel didn't know why or how, but something about Bravo caught her eye. ALthough they hadn't really been close or talked much before this year, Channel was getting closer to Bravo. Bravo...no...Jason had been through more then anyone in this past year. He had lost ships under his command, made erros that coast lifes, and sadness of all, he lost all of his best friends, and he was there, when they died...for him. They all died protecting him...the chosen one for the New Jedi Order. Such loyality, such honor, such love was between Bravo and his best friends. Channel couldn't help but think about the pain, the nightmares, the flash backs, that Bravo had to be going through.

Channel Page, very beauitful and intelligence, felt as if she was part of Bravo. Something drew her to him, closer and closer. Something that Bravo had, loyality, honor, sacifice, humor, kindness, gentleness, and love. Is it love that is bringing me closer to Bravo?, Channel thought. Love for a man I am growing close to, secure around, and a man I love being around., Channel thought again. Love. That word love...not a word but much more then that. I...I love Jason Bravo. Channel couldn't hold it in, there, she said it. She told herself her feelings towards Jason. Would she be able to tell Jason?

Channel just sat, on the bed, staring at the man she loved, while he slept.

Gallant

Ikrit was old. His days were limited. Kyp...Kyp Durron was only a boy, maybe 13. And yet, he was consumed by hate, revenge, and pain. These all lead to the Dark Side of the Force. There, in his bed, Ikrit lay. Although he had gotten some rest, he had not rested all night. The Force kept on giving him information. Finally, Ikrit got up, and went over to the chest he had brought in, so long ago.

Ikrit opened up the chest, in it, lie Jedi and Sit lightsabers, Jedi and Sith robes, Jedi and Sith teachings, 10 Jedi holocrons, and many more Jedi and Sith stuff. The chest was mostly filled with Jedi stuff. Ikrit had long sensed gathered these holocrons, over thousands of years. Some were on Jedi history, other on Sith history, others on Lightsabner dueling, others on Force use, others on the Force, others on all the Jedi who ever attented the Jedi Temple, and much much more.

Ikrit took out one holocron and turned it on (Don't know how to use a holocron). Bravo learned of a Jedi Master he had not heard about in years, it seemed like a life time, his name was Jedi Master Plett. According to the holocron, he had a fortress on a certain world. Ikrit put the holocron back into the chest, and he prepared himself a shuttle. He would go find this Jedi Master Plett.

Ikrit's shuttle lifted off from the Gallant and jumped into hyperspace. With Ikrit, were the two Jedi students and Kyp Durron. All three Jedi students had their own lightsabers, they had build their own lightsabers. On the way, Kyp Durron and Jedi Master Ikrit talked about what happened. Although now and then, Kyp got a little on edge, all in all, he stayed pretty cool about the subject. Ikrit and Kyp also spoke with the other two Jedi students.

 

Floro Derocett was inside the room but out of earshot of the conversation between Vader and the woman. Derocett's job is to be suspicious of everything, so looking at the woman talking to Lord Vader he was very suspicious of her, especially since he has never heard of her. He wondered if this was a spy of this new self-declared Emperor or maybe a rebel agent. He quickly supressed his thoughts.

An Imperial Officer buzzed, and Derocett left the room. He later returned with a datapad and quietly gave it to Vader while he was talking to the woman. The datapad was only saying something that Vader already knew. But it also stated that the Imperial scientist where already investigating several of the disfuctional droids.

Also, I don't know Jello the Palpatine has always had a personality of a selfish person. Like the comm thing, I don't think he would let others know about that since it could be used against him.

"I would like transport to the surface of N'zoth, but I believe you mentioned that access is restricted, is that correct? If so, I'd like transport to any other inhabited worlds in this system; I had, among other things, an appointment at N'zoth."

Trevelyan landed his Delta-7B on platform 327 and got out of his fighter. He then waited for the authorities to give him further instructions...

Captain Durmen and Major Timmen were both very worried. It had been how long? since the Imperials had basically taken over Kamino, bribing the Kaminoans to sink the seas in their bid for domination. Now, the two NR officers were prepared to make their move.

"Yes?" the thin Kaminoan receptionist greeted the two men politely.

Major Timmen cleared his throat. "I'd like to send a transmission to my superiors in the Republic."

IC: Republica, Eriadu
Juren Nast checked Hortan's comm, but a message explained that he'd be busy all week. Frustrated, he then placed an order for a protocol droid (one that wasn't dangerous). Upon its arrival he made extensive modifications, programming it with warrior and pilot skills, rewiring his arms and legs so that his arms were straighter and he walked and ran faster, and placed built-in blaster rifles on both arms. Now he had a suitable traveling companion.

The droid (whom Nast named Buster) and Nast, as well as the clone Kenneth Huan, went aboard Nast's personal and modified Marketta shuttle Nast's Hand. The shuttle blasted away and headed for Kamino.

Tatooine

The Pulsar Moon descended through Tatooine's hot atmosphere to come to a rest at its docking bay. After declaring no weapons or contraband, the crew of the Pulsar Moon allowed the tourists to exit and meet with their tour guides. The crew members proceded to a local cantina, tailing to an extent the tourist group, who mounted a caravan of landspeeders and shot out into the desert. The crew then rented a group of speeders and shot out into the desert, heading for the Jundland Wastes...

Veroyn rubbed his eyes as he reviewed the transcript of the tribunal so far. It was going well, in his mind; he just had to make things clearer.

But he had other matters to attend to at the moment.

Striding down the corridor towards the hotel suite, he knocked on the door.

"High Admiral Veroyn to see Bravo."

Bravo's Republic Protectors carfully readed their weapons under their civilian cloths. When Bravo sensed the man the person was claiming to be, Bravo gave a hand motion, and his guards relaxed. Bravo opened the door.

Veroyn watched as Bravo opened the door.

"Bravo. I'm here to welcome you to Eriadu and to inform you that you will be called before Congress to explain your actions in the former Chingoyese [sp?] Empire.

"And one more thing; if you ever pull another stunt like you did at Mon Calamari, I will not hesitate to pull you up before a board of review."

Bravo: "High Admiral Veroyn, you need to work on your social skills and how you talk to people, when you welocme them. Now, is their anything else you would like to rant on about?"

From down the hall way to High Admiral Veroyn's left , Zack Staff turned the corner. He immentialy (sp?) snapped around the corner, the way he came, pressing his back up against the wall, as he saw High Admiral Veroyn. This was not good. Slowly, he armed his wrist dart gun on his right wrist, if anything should happen. If he needed to act, he would hear a blaster shot or a punch. Hopefully, just a punch.

The three men looked into the distance, noticing a moisture farm, one of the farthest out on Tatooine. Then they pulled commlinks out and clicked them in rapid succesion, for about 5 minutes. Then they observed a sand whirl forming, heading straight for them. They then turned towards the moisture farm and swooped in on it...

 

ERIADU


Veroyn glared at Bravo.

"Until you learn how to drive a starship properly, you are in no position to lecture me on my social skills, Mister.

"I am here to welcome you, not to start a conversation. I have informed you of what will be expected of you. Good day."

Veroyn turned and left without another word.

 

The three speeders approached the moisture farm as the sand whirl followed. The three men raced to the entrance of the farm, and beat on it, hoping to get in. A woman in her late 40's opened the door, and when she saw the sand whirl, she pulled the men inside.

"Gracious, what a sand whirl."

"Ma'am, I hope you don't mind us waiting the whirl out here."

"My, heavesn no. I'll go prepare some blue milk. ( ) You boys just make yourself at home."

Two men walked in just as she left, and were quickly explained of the problem.

"Well, this is my son, Hak. He'll make you feel at home, until the whirl's over."

The three men accepted the offer, and they told the boy of the stars, when...

'My! What is that!"

The house at begaun to sink into the ground, dragging the room where the husband and wife prepared the blue milk down into the ground.
A few minutes later the three men walked out of the home in a daze, as the last portions of the whirl died down. They went back in to recover the bodies of Mr. and Mrs. Faln, and the boy then pulled the bodies of the two elders onto a speeder. One of the men removed his newer model ooglith masquer, and proceded to place it on the boy. Then he, who in reality looked exactly like the boy, as reports from the "spies" in the desert suggested. They then placed the "man" on a speeder and drove off, returning to Mos Entha in a daze...

Despite the minor violation of civil rights, the Night Watch had to keep an eye on all parts of every planet.

Several NW agents who had followed the group of tourists watched them from afar, making sure they didn't get into trouble...

OOC: Yomin, that last bit about the bodies and such isn't very clear? Care to explain it in other terms?

 

IC: Apartment in Hanna City, Chandrila
Mya and Nicken Jones, brother and sister, were having difficulty falling asleep that night. One could go outside and look up at the night sky, and observe the ships, just tiny shapes, fire on each other, with bright flashes lighting up the sky momentarily, before dimming. But it was the thought that you could wake up to the pounding of Imperial walkers and stormtroopers that was impeding the Jones' sleep.

Just as well, because then Nicken could notice the apparition forming at the foot of his bed. Sitting up in alarm, he yelled, "Mya!"

"What?" Mya entered, dressed in a night shift, rubbing sleep out of her eyes even though Nicken knew she wasn't sleeping.

"Look!" Nicken pointed, and the apparition began to resolve itself.

"Haroc!" Mya shouted in recognition, and Nicken grimly nodded. Their older brother had died in a tragic "accident" involving the New Sith Order. His position as a Jedi and the fact that his Jedi companion, Jume Mawry, had not returned, made the NSO look extremely suspicious. Still, no investigation had been carried out, and nothing had been done.

Mya and Nicken had just accepted Haroc's death, but still distrusted the NSO. Despite the fact that membership had dropped off, all the idiots who had originally joined the organization refused to leave - or, more likely, were prevented from leaving.

Now, as Haroc showed up, they were very intrigued.

"I have come to you, my brother and sister, to warn you," the ghost Haroc began. "To warn you of the dangers of the so-called "benevolent" New Sith Order. They are not benevolent. I was murdered in cold blood when my shuttle was destroyed by the Sith."

Mya and Nicken were hardly surprised, yet acted as if this possibility had never occured to them.

"I did not come to ask you to avenge me, but-"

"Of course we'll avenge you!" Nicken declared angrily. "We'll make sure that rotten scum like the Sith never do this again!"

"Please, don't submit to the Dark Side as my murderers have done. Just tell the Republic Congress that something needs to be done about the Sith."

"How will they believe me? They can't see you, even if I did a holorecording."

"You can explain my appearance to them, but all I can really ask for is an official and thorough investigation. Also, that we place them under the scrutiny of the New Republic Night Watch."

"Yes, of course."

"And I want you two to be part of the investigation. We need Jedi on the team."

"Yes, yes."

The next day, after escaping from Chandrila and journeying to Eriadu, the Jones presented their requests to Congress.

 

ERIADU


The tribunal had reconvened; Admiral Dobski sat in the chair again, flanked by his ysalamiri toting guards. Veroyn, Dellos and Monroe occupied their seats.

"Admiral Dobski; on the subject of Bilbringi. You previously stated that you do not have a base in the Bilbringi system. This is, in fact, not true, is it?

"We have several witnesses that can coborate that you had set up and extensive base an shipyards within the Bilbringi system.

"The Prosecution would like to enter the testimony of Chancellor Feri Yulan of the Bilbringi Combine into the record. This is a previous recorded statement."

Veroyn sat down, and activated a small holoprojector. The holoprojector sprung to life, reforming into an image of a short, balding man.

"As leader of the civilian population of Bilbringi, I can state, for the record, that Admiral Dobski brought a large amount of material, besides his assigned military vessels, into the system. These included a large shipyard and mining apparatus, which bore the logo of a company called "Legion Engineering". We have catalogued the comings and goings of his mining apparatus, and have made those records available to the New Republic."

The holoprojector ended, and Veroyn rose again.

"Those records have been analysed, and show that ion trials from the Bilbringi system lead to both the Alderaan and Kashyyyk systems. I would also like to enter the pre-recorded testimony of General Kryll, commander of the listening post in the Bilbringi system, into the record."

Veroyn sat again, and the holoprojector started again, this time revealing a tall man in military uniform.

"We had noticed a large build up of military forces in the Bilbringi system, but due to it's proximity to the Vong border and the Core, we paid it no mind. However, we have recorded all action in the Bilbringi system, and have made the information available to the New Republic High Command."

The holoprojector ended, and Veroyn stood again.

"Admiral Dobski, we have substantial evidence that you had a personal base in the Bilbringi system, a base that has since disappeared. That you had a personal base in the system is now undeniable.

"Also, regarding you asking the Fleet Commanders for the use of their ships; you did not ask the Naval Commander - because I am the Naval Commander."

Veroyn cleared his throat.

"That you are guilty is not in question. It is the judgement of this tribunal that you are found guilty of all charges.

"Your sentence is as follows;

"You are to be reduced in rank to Lieutenant Commander;

"You are to be placed on indefinite probation, with monthly reviews from High Command;

"You are temporary suspended from active service for at least three months, and to serve time on the planet of our choosing with a review once those three months are up;

"Siezure of all personal assets including financial accounts and military hardware."

Veroyn sat.

"Judgement has been passed. Remove the Lieutenant Commander to a holding cell until such time as he is to be transferred to a planet of our choosing. The tribunal is ended."

Veroyn watched as Dobski was escorted from the room, then leaned back in his chair. Looking at President Dellos, he sighed.

"I never want to do that again."

 

Empty Space...

The Yuuzhan Vong forces jumped to darkspace, heading for their targets...

Ryloth

The peaceful, neutral world of Ryloth floated serenly in space, one side baked by heat, the other frozen by space. It was from the space side that the Yuuzhan Vong fleet approached, carefully remaining undetected until the last moment, when it opened fire on the defensive platforms that surrounded the planet. Within a few minutes, several of the planet's "Deathseed" squadrons of fighters lifted off from the planet and prepared to engage the waiting Yuuzhan Vong coralskippers, Velkers and Slivilith. The squadrons were decimated by the sheer number of anti-starfighter creatures, and as they fell, two VSD's approached from behind Ryloth's moon. The two ships opened fire on the Yuuzhan Vong vessels, but much to their dismay, the Yuuzhan Vong ships proved to be up to the challenge. The asteroid-like ships opened fire on the two over-matched VSD's, and within minutes, the VSD's were destroyed, however, they had done significant damage to one Light assault cruiser, which returned to the Yuuzhan Vong staging point for treatment. Meanwhile, the Yuuzhan Vong launched drop ships, and by the end of that hour the planet had Yuuzhan Vong warriors slaying anyone that opposed their power. The Yuuzhan Vong carefully ripped the current spice from the planet, and sent it back to the staging point. The warriors proceded to destroy any freighters attempting to flee, but those they could not get could not escape far in the interdiction field above, and couldn't call out for help with the planet jammed. Several hours later, with many incoming ships destroyed, the Yuuzhan Vong had removed their forces from the planet, had taken captives and spice, and proceded to bombard the planet's habitable zone into oblivion. Then the system was filled with hyperspace mines, and the Yuuzhan Vong left for their next target...

Tatooine

The two men left Tatooine, giving the "boy" passage to Eriadu, so he could join the Republic's naval forces, and make "his" deceased parent's proud...

 

Admiral Cortex again sent the order to the CSA for the ships.
