Just heard the news. Yoda will be delayed in arriving to Perth, but for a good reason, as new European FF's have signed up for the tour. We should be hearing from our little green friend some time soon!

 

Update:

The website is almost finished. However, our webmisstress' computer crashed, so it will take a little bit before we can finish it. There are several text mistakes on the website (for instance, she listed Canada as being part of the USA ), but other than that, it is nearly there! I will let you know when it is finished.

As for Yoda himself, due to an error in the French Post Office, Yoda was sent back to Wales. We are currently preparing to try to send him to France once more.

Thanks for the update. I'd nearly forgotten about our little green friend. I'm hoping that he arrives before I go on holidays which be in August and I'm away for eight weeks.

 

The site's up, so now we can keep track of our little green friend!

 

Seeing as I have to update the website from my friend's house, it easier to just post on here:

Yoda was lost in the French postal system for a month. He has finally returned, and we have agreed to skip France (we tried sending him 3 times. That's enough. ) and continue on to Germany. HOPEFULLY this tour will continue without any more huge delays!

Looks like Yoda doesn't particularly want to travel the globe. He seems to be content floating through the postal service. Funny stuff.

Yoda arrived in Germany a week ago. Here's hoping he won't take any more huge delays.

 

Germany? Uh, isn't that where some big kinda competition's going to be on? What do they call it again? Fuzzball?

 

Well, nearly 2 years later, the little green tyke's finally out of Europe! He's currently in Malaysia and heading to Singapore. After that, he gets to spend a few weeks in New Zealand, then he'll finally be in Australia!

Have we got a new contact person, considering Karty has gone to our eastern states freinds

I don't mind taking the job - and then I can send him to Kal for a couple of days.

 

It's been so long a wait for this to finally make its way to Oz, and I won't even be there to see it Ah well.

 

Isn't Yoda going to Sydney?

 

We can take Yoda on a Kalgoorlie pub crawl !!

 

Is there time for that JA? There's a lot of pubs in this town. Even the falcon would have a hard time making that a quick trip.

 

Can I come?

That's if no one minds me staying the weekend....

 

Might be cool to have a Kalgoorlie meet with more than just 2 FF people. For that matter, a Perth meet with more than that many would be a nice change lately.

 

I think it would be nice to get away for the weekend. Mind you, I have just come back from four months in Melbourne!

Is there anyone else other than Saint and me still in Perth?

 

I have let Miana Kenobi know that Karty is no longer here in Perth, and I will now be the new contact person. I have some ideas planned for our little green friend, if and when he arrives.

And yes, a road trip to Kal is on the books.
