What if he becomes The Acolyte of the Sith. All these jedi breaking the rules, breaks him.

 

I still can’t take his name seriously. But I can somehow take Yoda seriously I’ll get used to it

 

And then, many years after that, our grandchildren's grandchildren will get a sequel series to The Acolyte, where a crazy old wizardly Yorda makes a wardrobe change late in life, and proclaims:
"Yorda the Brown and Yellow..... that was my name. I am Yorda the Green."

In Yord we trust

 

This guy seems like a red shirt Jedi to me. Based on his description, I expect his rule following will get him killed, either by Mae or the Sith we see in the trailer (assuming those two are different characters.)

 

Or he is the Sith lord in hiding

I think he's a musician in hiding, along with the rest of his band, The Yordbirds. If they're Sith, then simply a duo, unless they're open to the idea of non-Sith band members.

Looking forward to Charlie Barnett's performance in this. He worked with Headland before on Russian Doll, so it's cool to have somebody who's familiar with her sensibility. His character in that series was also a buttoned up, straightforward type, so I'm eager to see how he fits in with the rest of the ensemble.
