You ever think of that one character actor you can never name...

nor can you even think, for the moment, what the hell they've been in, but you just have their image in your head, and you can't figure out either one?

I HATE THAT!!!

And now I have it going on again. Does anyone know who that old fat guy with the white moustache is, with the high-pitched, scratchy, annoying voice, who always plays some kind of ignorant slimeball? I can think of the kind of character he plays but not anything he's actually done it in. It's driving me CRAZY!

Someone please help me. Before I totally lose my mind!
