Why couldn't the masters do such a thing? Granted most of them faced ARC troopers, but still, only one 66 victim got some kills and that was Ki-Adi Mundi. Because his father came up with the idea. LOL

 

i dont really care for zett. just like some people dont care for plo. i am not trying to bash you guys but the only reason zett was so good was because it was GL's son. he had no backstory or anything. i think a major jedi at the temple at the time should have come out and fought those clones

When Zett Jukassa started fighting the clones didn't Bail Oragana have a Laser Pistol? Why wont he use it? And If I were Zett i would run backwards towars Bail and his speeder and block some oncoming shots of enemy fire. Why does Zett just stand there acting like a sacrifice to Bail. He should at least escape with Bail.

I think it's a glaring error that the Jedi Masters couldn't defeat clones half as well as him. The only Jedi in that movie really on par with him was Yoda when it comes to destroying gunmen.

 

really, who knows for sure how many Jedi were in the Temple at that time?. and Anakin did appear to take a overwhelming force of clones, Thousands as Bail describes it. The average Jedi could likely take out a number of clones before being taken down themselves. As for Jett, he also fell to overwhelming odds. seems pretty obvious to me.

 

It's hard to tell how many were in the temple, I'll guess around 50. All of the cloes plus Anakin, would definitely overwhelm the JEdi. Remember Anakin is one of the most powerful of all of the Jedi. If not the most.

Just saw ROTS again about 3 hours ago..it looks to me like Zett is still moving after he gets shot.

Palpatine knowing the Jedi's weakness, sent a lone batteldroid to destroy the temple rather then "risk" his Apprentice.

[Battle droid walks into temple]

Battledroid:Hands up jedi!

[The jedi continue to sit down and meditate and go along with their normal duties. The battledroid is puzzled as he was under the impression the force made them more aware of their surroundings, but they just stand there as though they didn't hear anything. He shoots a few in the back while they weren't paying attention and finally Shaak Ti is awakened from he meditation.]

Shaak Ti: I feel a disturbance in the force!(actually just heard the noise she doesn't have the force) I must rally the Jedi!

[Shaak Ti then rallies what's left of the strongest Masters, teachers and pupils in front of the council chamber to guard the younglings.]

The battledroid knowing that none of those Jedi had any lines in the movie that weren't cut, simply blasted them and they were completely helpless to stop his slow, poorly-aimed assualt. One by one all the mundane, sword-swinging idiots of the temple died at his hands.

[Out of no where, a padawan named "Lukasses S'spoiiiled Su'un" does a back flip and decapitates the droid.]

He goes on to defeat Sidious and the Chosen one by himself.

I have to agree. I would have liked to see more of Anakin in the temple taking out the likes of Cin Drallig and Jocastra Nu in battle.

 

Maybe Zett should have been Shaak Ti instead, na whatever, Zett's part flled a good part and showed the cruelty of the stormtroopers and coming empire, at least in BAil's eyes.

"Like all Padawans in the temple, Zett Jukassa entered the Jedi Order as a very young child, cut off from links to his life before. The parents who gave up the young child to the Jedi longed for a better future for him, far from the dangerous world that would otherwise be his home. Jukassa never knew his parents, ore traders on Mon Gazza. He had no idea that, when he had turned seven years old, his parents were killed in a grisly murder.
Yet somehow, through the Force, he sensed something was amiss. Though his contact with his parents was minimal -- he was separated from them as a newborn -- he nonetheless still carried hazy images and feelings about them. Some were very detailed: descriptions of a world he had barely visited, and strange associates known to his parents. A Jedi Knight, Mierme Unill, was investigating the murder of the Mon Gazzan ore traders when heard reports of a youngling with unnaturally vivid visions of the crime scene.

Knowing that the child might hold valuable clues locked in his subconscious mind, Unill sought permission from the Jedi Council to inform Jukassa of his pre-Jedi past. They approved, and with the help of Jocasta Nu, Jukassa learned of his origins. With the outbreak of the Clone Wars, though, Jukassa was never able to hone his farseeing abilities. Sadly, Unill died during the Clone Wars. Zett stayed at the Temple after that, one of many "orphaned" Padawans awaiting reassignment. In the interim, he studied under Cin Drallig."

 

Well, that explains why jedi have such different names than the other people in the galaxy. The Jedi rename them.

AWWW finaly the long awaited answers to all our Zett questions.

 

When I saw that scene,I thought,Wow!who's the kid? Then I found out that he was GL's son,I was amazed.Give the kid a break,guys,this is the last Star Wars installment.Even GL's kids would want to be jedi for just a few seconds.I would too,given the chance.

If Zett was able to escape,no doubt he would tell Master Yoda what went on inside the Temple.How he escaped Anakin's attention was an achievement.

Jett Lucas is probably the center of attention in school.

 

It basically amounts to people attacking a child who got to have their fanboy wet dream of being a Jedi. If he wasn't GL's son, they'd whine about something else.

If I were a Jedi scheduled for termination, that is how I would want to go out.

 

Hey, if I had the right to do WHATEVER I wanted in that movie, I'd have made my CAT dice up a few clones, I may have even let him ESCAPE!
