Apparently there be a controversy brewing here in ol' blighty because someone told a lewd joke about the queen on TV. Not quite sure why people should get upset on behalf of a super rich family who get millions in tax money because their birth right makes them popular with tourists. If you can't tell I struggle to sympathize with members of this archaic social structure.

Sometimes I wonder the same too. Why does people get upset on behalf of a stupid joke? It's just a joke! For Christ sake! Just laugh at it and then close your mouth! Done!

Well I haven't heard the joke so I can't gauge how offensive it actually is, I just simply mean that some people in this country get ridiculously defensive over the monarchy. Even people outside of the UK defend them. But because they're a publicly owned image as far as I'm concerned the Royal Family are fair game for a joke. It's a fair price to pay for living their life style off the back of the tax payer.
