Note to self: never use wood glue to prime Worbla!!! Found a massive chip in my chest armor last night. I'm so upset. Especially since it has just been sitting flat on a table for months!!!! I guess that means more battle damage but I am quite displeased.

All this snow would make for a pretty sweet photo shoot for trading cards or whatever lol.... just saying

Finally got the chance to get some work on my Mando Helmet done. 1st 2 coats of fiberglass resin on the exterior. Tomorrow starts the inside!!!

 

More work on the helmet today!!! Let's see what tomorrow brings!

As for my mando gear most of the armor pieces are made and need to be sealed and pianted, i have enough fabric to make my own flight suit, still figuring out how im going to go about making the helmet i want to make without it becoming some big ordeal, and the wampa skull needs to be sealed and painted, the wampa horns need some texture added to make them look like real horns and i need to make the wampas teeth. so still quite a bit to do and i really want to work on it but i have so much other stuff to do before i do my own stuff. I hope before winter is over itll be done and we can get the snow mandos together for some fun!

 

this cold weather is really getting me thinking on making a super warm version and wear it around to stay warm LOL
