Casting call For Star Wars Fan Film

Aloha Fellow Hawaii Star Wars enthusiast,
I am beginning production on an independent full-length action film. I am looking for semi-experienced and non-experienced actors who have martial arts/sword fighting/dueling experience or background. Kendo and Iaido students are a plus.
Looking for the following speaking roles, non-speaking roles as well as a dozen extras, any gender, or race are welcome. Have a crew but always looking for talented people. Filming will begin in the latter half of 2005.

Principal Cast
Male Lead (40-50s) speaking role

Male (30-40s) Leads right hand, limited speaking role

Male (30-40s) martial arts, fencing, kendo, limited speaking role

Male (18-20's) martial arts/gymnastics, speaking role

Male (30-40s) Comedian/comic relief, martial arts, speaking role

Male (20-30s) athletic build at least 6?5 and up, limited speaking role

Woman (18-30s) martial arts/gymnastic training, limited speaking role

Male Villain (20s-40s) martial arts, limited speaking role

Male Elder (50-60s) limited speaking role

Woman (18-20s) limited speaking role

Male Commoner (20-40s) limited speaking role

Male Villain right hand (20-30s) athletic build, non speaking

I would be happy to be apart of your movie. I remember your screenname in the Movie" Bad day for the Sith." Great film! There is one problem? I'm a few years under 18 but I know alot about sword fighting. I hope this won't be a problem but if it is, at least I tried. See ya soon!

 

i have training in shotokan karate but of course that's not with weapons. i'm not much help

 

Yah actually I have worked on a few star wars fan films already so i wanted to do one on my own now. Well would love too have you both come out if possbile, looking for extras as well as your knowledge of star wars! Got in contact with the pacific 501st, so hopefully will get them all toghetr for a shoot sometime after episode 3 comes out, anyone else interested in comin out?

As you know, I'm working on my own SW fan film (but a documentary, not a narrative film like yours...). If you don't mind, I might even shoot some footage of your "Behind the Scenes" stuff going on to include in my flick.

Got a whole list of actors/actresses to go thru, gotta narrow it down now, but I will be doing another casting call as we go thru character developments.

I am 22 with no previous acting skills [unless you count a high school project]

and my wife is 24 and has knowledge of Shotokan Karate [umm... 2nd level Green Belt I believe]

By the shooting range and near the blow hole too.

 

I use to live around there so I will probably come out.
Which day shall it be exactly?
I can also bring in a few props in such as lightsabers( parksabers) and 2 jedi cloaks.
