Hello. Yes, I don't find it interesting mainly because the the main character has been shown to be nearly flawless. There are many different things about Episode 7 that I didn't care for as well, but they go to different issues and I won't delve into them. It's the same problem that confronts making movies about unstoppable protagonists -- difficult to make compelling.

Yes Rey wasn't stopped she went to Starkiller Base to take a vacation. Oh come on. Finn saved her from getting blown up on Jakku by grabbing her hand. She gets thrown into a tree and was tortured physically and emotionally. In typical SW fashion the hero(s) win a victory at the end of the first movie.

 

After a crap day what a lovely way to end it with all the bts goodies.

Rey and Poe finally.

I’ll never tire of watching Daisy, John, and Oscar laughing.

Yes I can see where you're coming from. Superman is a completely stupid concept as they constantly have to invent other superpowerful adversaries or take away his powers by cryptonite. Then you can have a bar brawl that you could have had between mortals to the same effect.

Really the superpowers work best when used for comical relief or to give us that childhood feeling of "I¨ll get my brother and he can kick your ass" and actually see it happen.

For me the Force users are only part of the Starwars concept and sometimes not the most interesting. If your main focus is the Force and the rest is filler I can see the problem.

I still have faith that they'll manage to write a story with enough suspense.

 

There are two things in the distance on the shoot of Leia, one is the turret, and there's something smaller, can be it what comes with the figure of Rey in Crait?

See this is exactly why Luke is so pissed off all the time. Rey keeps making those puns.

 

The thing with the Rey figure is the very rear part of a Ski-speeder's cockpit section, crashed and embedded in the mineral. As this would be during the battle then it can't be the thing in the Leia picture (as this is before the battle).

 

it doesn't look part of the ski speeder to me, also why would it be buried there?

Im curious about this image. This part Immediately remember me that scene where Luke is laying in the ground.


In both scenes is raining. Luke is in the ground looking beaten. Rey is holding her Staff and loking mad, attaking someone? (Luke?).


She could be just training, but again, the look in the face of both characters make me think in other things. What if Luke is trying to kill Rey?. What if Luke attack her and she had to defend hersel and run away?

According to MSW Luke and Rey are training and she gets mad with Luke, maybe Luke intentionally pisses her off to prove her, hence his phrase "it will not go as you think"(i don't remeber correctly), or maybe not. but I do not think Luke is trying to kill Rey or vice versa.

 

Maybe Rey could be having Force visions of her past or Kylo Ren or Finn getting captured or something and Luke interrupts it. Rey becomes furious about his interruption. Luke says, "This isn't going to go the way that you think." I dunno. It could work.
