Not that I don't like Leia, but we have too many movie/TCW characters in the show. It's just... improbable that the "Ghost" crew met them all.

I would not mind seeing Leia...but don't think it should be more than a bit role or even just a hologram of her being interviewed by Alton Kastle when she takes up the position of Senator of Alderaan.

 

I checked, she posted a nearly identical pic (she zoomed in the second, the recent one) 14 weeks ago.

I really doubt that they would cast a 40 year old woman to voice a 12 year old girl.

Ezra is voiced by Taylor Grey who is in twenties and Leia is about the same age as Ezra so I would think voice actor would be similar age to TG.

Actually, Leia would be 15 in Rebels, but why should SMG's age matter? It wasn't a problem when 74 year old James Earl Jones voiced a 22 year old Anakin in 2005.

 

Agree...Leia too young at this point to be BH girl.

 

Well Vader's voice is supposed to artifcial/synthetic i.e. not Anakin's real voice - and when James Earl Jones does his voice work as most other actors that do they have special tools and takes to get it right plus post production.

She could we be Leia, afterall TFU used a younger Leia she does seem like a character they'd want to use as she's more involved than Luke during this period its safe to say. But its all guessing game until her role is revealed.

I don't think she is playing Leia because in the book she doesn't seem to be involved in the rebellion at first so either she is playing the female inquisitor or a completely new character.

 

Velma should be C3PO. Also this is amazing lol.

 

If its not Leia thats cool, maybe she will play Ventress.

 

You should read Dark Disciple first to make sure you are on the right track of guessing the character.

 

Maybe it's Queen Breha Organa. It would be nice to see her take an active role against the Empire. Plus if it was Leia they'd probably just use Cat Taber again, I mean she did play Leia in Force Unleashed.

 

Yeah Leia's adoptive mother is one of the bigger "do more with this character" examples in SW. Actually, that seems to be happen with mothers A LOT in this franchise.
