I hope everyone has seen the blog published in our Local London Free Press web page to promote an event.

This has lead to a new blog titled Star Wars Vs star trek. It questions Which is the more important franchise: Star Wars or Star Trek?

One Trekkie has made the claim that the concept of Star Wars was copied from star trek and owes it's popularity to star trek.

If you would like to add your comments here is the link.

If you have problems with the link. The paper is The London Free Press and blogs by Dan Brown.

Even though we had rain that was a lot of fun.
    good job everyone.

Now that everyone has had another fun filled event in the park. It's time to get the records up to date. The main thing I need from everyone is who spent money on the event for suplies or what ever and how much. Please PM me.

With the second event under our belt we can now compare from last year to make improvments.

The DNS for the site went all wonky. It takes time to update so it should be up tommorow. Same goes for the pics.

It rained untill about noon. The only thing that we didn't get to do was the Jedi/Padawan race. We only had half the people of the year before. I'm still crunching numbers as to revenue vs cost but it looks better then last year. Sponcor ship was thogh the roof with around $700 in prizes. For the adult costume we gave a 12v cordless laser drill donated by The Home Depot worth $99. Ask Darthsolvo how he likes it.
