As for Hurley at the airport, they decided to do some jump editing rather then show the whole process of boarding a plane, which would have been rather boring
And walks to the terminals from the departure lounge can take forever (especially at Heathrow where it's sometimes a 20 minute walk), so there was a good need for a motorchair

I think I can resist the charms of dowloaded files. I'd rather watch them on TV, although if I had the means of super fast internet and a DVD burner, I'd be very, very tempted.

 

cheers odj and ticey. it's been a while since i went on a flight, so i had no idea. still intrigued about locke though, and a good point about why we should wonder about how he can walk again, although i still want to know why he couldn't walk. i just wondered if it had been established. perhaps it was a psychological thing and not an actual physical impairment?
