They're doing a joint tour with Turin Brakes I think. That will be awesome! I thnk they're signed to Turin Brakes' record company or something.

They're similar too. Acoustic. Not as good as Turin Brakes or KOC though.

    Oh well..thanks for trying, Matt!

In the meantime, as part of my committment to Britannia, I thought I'd purchase a CD the other day and found that they had War of the Worlds Ulladubulla in stock! LOL! I reckon I might regret buying that...I'll let you know!

It's the funky remix of War of the Worlds with mixes from the likes of Apollo 440, Papa Ootzie, Max Mondo, Todd Terry, Dario G and an N Trance mix of Forever Autumn! LOL!!! Gotta be worth a laugh..even though it's likely to be AWFUL!!

Kings of Convenience's album is on my growing list of to-gets (I adored Sway), as is Nick Drake's and Ash's newest

All three of those on my "to get" list as well, Andy. :D Along with about 100 other titles. :( I've decided not to buy any more albums though until I've got enough money saved up for my Reading ticket.

What's the new Nick drack album...I thought he only recorded Five Leaves Left, Byter Kater and Pink Moon and some album which was released in the 80's of unrecorded material...

It's a new Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds album. I listened to it on the headphones in Andy's Records and it's quite good. I don't know what it's called or anything, but I quite liked it.

Okay just going back a step to catch up...

Laura, I too am hoping to get Travis tickets for their London gig. May see you there.

Matt, fair do's regarding 'OK Computer'. I don't know which of the two Radiohead albums I prefer either.

Did anyone here see Radiohead at Victoria Park last year?

I didn't. but a friend of mine did. Said it was awesome. Anyone heard their new single, by the way, Pyramid Song? Sounds like it should have been included on Kid A...
