Its good to know so many Twileks make it into the movies,. more probability to our speculation that Aayly will be apearing in Episode III! please GL!!! we beg you!!!! Aayla is so awesome!!!

Ayy Vida (did I got the name right, think not, hehe) was really good looking, now I remember! Now that I think about it almost all female on the AOTC bar where really good looking,.

Just a couple of things tough,.. hehe.

Was GL daughter really a Twilek??? I kind of don't remember this well but wasn't she missing the tentacles in the head?? I kind of remember that the times I saw AOTC I noticed she was missing them, maybe I allucinated,. but I had the impresion of that character being like a Twilek wannabe, hehehe.

Also I was thinking, if she is a Twilek ,with all due respect, but isn't she the first overweight female twilek that has appeared in the Star Wars universe?

Yes, that little Twi'lek was Lucas' daughter. Its been in discussion in some threads but its a while back and I can't remember which particular ones. Forgot her name but I think she's the one who also wanted NSync to be Jedi?

In Tales of the Jedi, I loved Tot Doneeta, the male Twi'lek Jedi and always thought it'd be cool to see a male Twi'lek Jedi in the movies. Not as ugly as Bib Fortuna tough! I made up one blue Jedi guy and he looks like a Ryloth guard in the Rite of Passage comics. Haven't named him yet or thought of a backstory. But I gave him a female master.

****Aayla Secura in Episode Three**** please?

twi'lek (from now on I won't be lazy with the little apostrohpy, hehe)is definatley my favorite alien race. Could someone post the pic of that Jedi Master that gets killed by Maul? the one metioned in the previous post?

Kampilan, there should be a complete forum dedicated to the discussion of Twi'leks and specialy to Aayla secura, hehe, but I see your point, this is getting a bit out of topic so I will coment more on Aayla on Episode III.

I was just reading another thread about the Jedi Master that looked like Kaminoians and was left out of AOTC by orders of George Lucas simply because he looked like them, I have to say that this bothers me a lot since there could be, thinking in that kind of perspective that the audience is lame, a very high number of reasons for not including Aayla in Episode III. But I still have a lot of high hopes on getting to see some important scene with Aayla in episode III.

    Jedi Master Anoon Bondara:
http://jediencyclopedia.150m.com/anoonbondara.html well, I tried but it looks lkike they don't want any outside links like they used to? Its from the new RPG Jedi Source Book I remember now and thanks to Yodaminch for the info on the Darth Maul book. Hope Dark Horse can do an comic book adaptation with Jan Duuresma's art of course! It could be the follow-up sequel?!

Oh, I was just chiming in to any Lucasfilm employees reading these threads when I said " ***Aayla in EPIII*** :D (hint, hint) I think they have board meetings with Mr. Lucas at Skywalker Ranch every week so I wonder what they say about Aayla Secura?
" oh that 'kampilan-dude' is still trying to woo us with his funny-looking Aayla Secura fan art again" or something like that! :p

If people post in here, or anywhere, with differing opinions, it's best to just ignore them. Everyone is of course entitled to their opinions, but pointless posts like that should be ignored. I'll say no more now as I've already contradicted myself. ;) :p

But I love that picture! Nice work, kampilan. :)

Adi, hope the Pats take advantage of the Bye week and focus at the task at hand. (*plays John William's score of The Patriot*) ;)

Everyone is entitled to their opinions... senseless bashing or legit ones included. *sigh* :p

Theforce.net reports that Rick McCallum speaks out about Episode III in Star Wars Insider #63.
I quote: "McCallum remains carefully coy when asked whether fans should brace themselves for the deaths of important characters. "You should definitely brace yourself for that." he laughs, refusing to give any more specific hints."

Do you think this means we Aayla fans should brace ourselves for the possible death of Aayla in Episode III? While that is apparently a definate possibility I must say do not like the idea of Aayla making it onscreen in Episode III and then dying. I'd much rather see her survive the Clone Wars and the Jedi Purge.

Indeed yodaminch, was there any mention of the 'secret project' that Jan works on in Star Wars Insider #63? I thought there would be?

Aayla Secura will not die in Episode 3. She will live in refuge in the desert wastelands of Ryloth and face many heatstorms until Episode 6, the Return of the Jedi. ;)

Jar Jar I like but am ready to accept his death. Windu is a given.

    Nuhuh!

Aayla Secura will survive Episode III (The Clone Wars and Jedi Purge) and live in hiding as an angel on one of the moons of Iego. :D :p

Yeah I'd much rather see her beauty and grace preserved on a moon of Iego but a heatstorm can better protect her from Sandtrooper patrols! The sun and sand would be unkind to her skin and all but her survival would be the most important thing. Midichlorian sweep-scanners would be at an all time full alert so vanity can come later! :p I bet Yoda hates Dagobah but he's safe there. Aayla would hate the Ryloth wastelands but she is "protected" there.

Uh, oh, now I just gave Lucas all the more reason to kill off Aayla another lame way... just like the Jedi dying in the Gunships: LAME!

My idea is good, a true angel like Aayla belongs on the moon of Iego. ;)

Sandtroopers! Stormtroopers! Ha! They couldn't hit her even if they were standing in front of her! They can't shoot! :p Lol!

I do agree her survival is paramount. I hope Lucas won't give her some lame death! That'd really be terrible! :(

But since Anakin mentioned Iego in TPM that would be one of the first places he'd visit on his upcoming "Tour of the Galaxy". ;p

I remember a Tales story where a Star Destroyer was over the Dagobah system and Vader onboard. Some probe droids where scouring the planet Yoda was on and Vader sensed a "tremor in the Force". It turned out to be "nothing" and the Imperials left...Yoda can be seen laughing!

For Aayla on Ryloth, it'd be cool to do some kinda "Scorpion King" homage(sandstorm and caves) and you can always blame the heatstorms for the "strange disapperances" of SandTrooper patrols! ;)That'll teach the Impies to stay away from the Wastelands...what, they think its like Tattooine?! :D Hey, Agent Smith, why don't you write up a short story fan fic and I can do the fan art about it?

Kampilan, I didn't know that about Vader passing over Dagobah. I always read the theory the Dark Side energy of the cave in Dagobah hid Yoda's presence. (Speculating a Sith died there, leading to the theory that Yoda killed Dooku there.)

But the idea of a sandstorm on Ryloth had alreeady come to mind once, I think though with you guys saying it sounds good I might use it in the second part of my fanfic. (Which might be far from now because I'm barely halfway on part one! Ack! :p I need more time, and writing talent too! :p )

But whatever you guys think, let me know. There's much potential in your idea so we can do something with it I believe. :)

Yodaminch, thanks for the offer, it is appreciated. :)
