They're within the same canon as each other though, that's all that matters. I'd have to glance over the stories again, but considering Abel's penchant for paying attention to every little detail, I'd imagine any inconsistency resulted from one author not knowing about the other's story. I'm not sure which was written first, but if Lone Wolf came first, but was put on hold because Hyperspace shut down, then JJM would have had no way of knowing about any of its plot details, presumably.
Hi! Sorry to necro the thread, but i was trying to find the story's PDF to store it in my Star Wars digital collection, and the original link doesn't work anymore Does any have a backup somewhere? Thanks.
Is this available anywhere? Links to Abel's blog just show defunct links all over the place, and a Google search for a PDF has turned up dry for me (so far.)
Abel recently got to "... feeling that certain *je ne sais quoi* ... STAR WARSY, you might say," and, nearly five years after it finally got its long-awaited release, has posted SkyeWalkers: A Clone Wars Story Footnotes/Endnotes, Part 3—The Darth Maul Annotation, or How To Commit Editorial Suicide. (Also: hi, everyone! I haven't forgotten about the boards. I've just been ... I guess un-Star Warsy lately myself.)
