    Believe me, when Rogue One: An Admiral Raddus Story is released on home vid in a few months, I'll be skipping over all the secondary characters like Jyn and Cassian to get to the main story of valiant Admiral Raddus and the beginning of his solo credit of bringing down the entire Empire.

    This guy was great, one of my favorite side characters in all of Star Wars now and probably had the most emotional line in the movie as well. Also, I think I might actually prefer Mom Calamari look more like him than Ackbar.

    Yes Vader boarded his ship but did not stay for very long. Vader also took his ship when he went after Leia so if Tarkin ignored the alliance flagship long enough maybe they fixed it enough to escape?

    Filoni has talked about showing the Battle of Scarif from the viewpoint of the Rebels so maybe that's where we'll see Raddus' daring escape.

    Vader wasn't exactly focused on getting to the bridge to slaughter the entire crew and I really doubt he took the time to do it after the Tantive IV escaped with the plans. It's perfectly plausible that Raddus escaped.

    He made it to an escape pod & down to Scarrif. If Vader is as good at swimming as the great Raddus maybe he'll find him. Good luck with that.

    Everyone knows that Ackbar swooped in to save the day. He arrived with Home One, found Raddus in the escape pod, brought him aboard. After all, he wanted to save his mentor. :D

    Raddus isn't dead! He's in an Imperial forced-labor camp and is organizing an epic escape. It'll be it's own movie. The Great Escape meets Star Wars.
