?

What should Ahsoka be like if she turns up in Rebels?

  1. Like she was before the S3 timeskip. Snippy, impulsive, petulant, a little over-agressive

I wouldn't even call it "implication." They flat-out say it.

I hope that Ahsoka seeks out Obi Wan this season, looking for answers.

As long as Obi Wan doesn't actually leave Tatooine, then I'd be fine with that.

I don't have a problem with Obi-Wan leaving Tatooine from time to time, going off on missions in the galaxy somewhere during the years between RoTS and ANH.

It's like the Night's Watch in GoT. People have got this idea in their heads that all the NW ever do is hang out on this big wall at the edge of the world. When in fact, on multiple occasions they go ranging far afield in the 7 Kingdoms or even overseas, to Braavos etc, on Night's Watch business. Stuff to be done here, a mission needs doing there and it falls within their job description, so they go do it. They don't just sit on their asses at the wall forever.

Likewise, Obi-Wan doesn't need to just sit on his ass on Tatooine all the way from RoTS to ANH. There's plenty of room for him to have been off doing something that needed done somewhere, some time, during that period.

I'll add that I could picture Ahsoka seeking out Obi Wan; but it would really ruin everything if there's any hint that the Empire knows about Obi Wan on Tatooine, and of course the notion of Anakin's child.

i don't think i can see Obi-Wan getting involved. It seems to me in ANH he's been pretty much away from it all since ROTS. He seems pretty surprised to get the message from Leia, not as if he's been interacting with the rebellion.

I wouldnt rule it out since they mention a possibility of such a meeting that won't take place for another 4-5 years in the future and nothing at all to do with Tano. They would've had to use that remark as some kinda placement for a fan to watch ANH or something. But there is quite a few other Jedi out there I bet.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but anyone else bummed we didn't see more of Kanan and Ezra actually discovering Ahsoka was a Jedi/is Force sensitive? A BIG part of season 1 was how they were the only two Jedi left, and then all of a sudden they're not alone! And there's no reaction.

    rpvee I agree
Why didn't they show something? Either Disney is tormenting us or Kanan and Ezra are slow

Well they are probably going to have him do stuff to fill in the new timeline I dont have a problem with it but it seems he be more active in the early to middle of the period then the end of the 20 year period.

I haven't watched the clone wars only Rebels. Ahsoka was Anakin's padawan? How did they end the Clone Wars cartoon? Was she thought to be dead ?

She Quit after Bariss tried to Frame Her for Treason and the Council handed her over for trial.

To be more accurate, they handed her over for trial after expelling her from the Order at the request of Tarkin (who claimed it was the will of the Senate) despite the lack of solid evidence. When it was discovered Barriss was the real traitor they barely apologized, made it sound like it had all been the will of the Force and offered her to come back. She refused.

Although there were 2 or 3 more arcs planned for her before the cancellation, involving her investigating the underworld, and travelling to Mandalore.

What I get out of those episodes is that the Jedi Council was so incompetent they didn't look for any evidence Ashoka actually killed the prisoners she was of doing so or establish a motive for doing so. I know it's a kid's show, but it justifies a lot of the complaints of the prequels that the Jedi Council seemed not to be very effective as leadership. No wonder they didn't see Order 66 coming.

You mean ESB? Of course I knew that. You can't suggest there's evidence that he knew about Luke's presence before ANH, though.

We shouldn't have to start another debate about this again, but whether or not she's a "Jedi" in the technical terms, she's still far more advanced in the skills of one than Kanan is.
