Jet lag, no jet lag sleep on plane then no nap ect till bed time, oh and drink lots of water on the plane, stay away from the hard stuff, makes it worse.

 

lol actually I don't drink on the plane because it makes me go to the bathroom and I hate them on the plane.

I can never sleep on the plane either, plus time I land it is about 6pm anyway I think

well that's good if you get in a six you can have a wash, eat , celebrate you reunion and go to bed at a reasonable hour, wake up next morning, NO JET LAG.

gravol can make u sleepy on the plane, i never sleep on the plane, just can't!

 

After about an hour or so when I get in all I want to do is sleep, hopefully won't wake up at 4:30am like I have done in the past!

 

no sleep Mike will keep you awake until at least 10 then you will not have to wake up at 4:30
